Blue Breeze Nikiti Luxury Suites is located in the Avaton Complex in Nikiti on the Sithonia Peninsula in Chalkidiki—at the quiet end of Sithonia, overlooking the sea.
The vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 guests: two bedrooms, each with a double bed, plus a large sleeper sofa in the living room. It includes two full bathrooms with towels and toiletries.
The open-concept living and dining area combines the kitchen, a dining table for six, and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped—with a Bosch oven and refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and wine glasses. Air conditioning and a heat pump keep the temperature comfortable year-round.
Outside, you’ll find a pool, a private terrace with patio furniture and lounge chairs, an outdoor dining area, a grill, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower. The beach is within walking distance.
A private fitness room with a treadmill, free weights, and a yoga mat is available exclusively for your use.
Also on board: Wi-Fi and Ethernet, TV, Bose sound system with Bluetooth, washing machine, iron, free on-site parking, charging station for electric vehicles, and solar panels. The residential complex is secured.
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
