AC was awesome. Flexibility with checkin awesome. The place looks brand new. Room for our car behind a locking gate. I added my father to the trip last-minute without a hitch.
Excellent communication with the host before and during over SMS.
I think there might have even been a washing machine there.
Only issue I had was the bed in the bedroom is really hard. Yes, I do have a chronic pain issue, but I also travel a lot, and I hadn't come across a bed this hard in years. So my sleep on night 1 was bad.
That said, it turned into the perfect bed with a little pillow-top (perhaps this is an American term, but it was a thin pad you put on top), which they got me the next day, and one of which was already on the couch (couch needed it a lot less, I thought).
