⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nikiti. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Communication was easy and smooth, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location was great and perfect for exploring the area. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

We were overjoyed. The accommodation is clean, tidy and large. The rooms have air conditioners and wardrobes. There are towels, blankets and extra bedding in each closet. there is everything in the kitchen, scissors, ladles, forks, knives, even garbage bags. You can see that the accommodation is regularly maintained because it is literally like new. We are very satisfied. it had a spacious terrace. There are no channels on the TV, but there is excellent internet. The location is not on the beach itself, but it is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The center is very close. All in all perfect. It is in a quiet street so you have privacy. There is a free parking space in front of the accommodation. All in all, beautiful and highly recommended. The woman who owns it is great to communicate with, she regularly checked and responded to messages. If we would vacation in Nikiti again, we would book this accommodation again.

Very good

Exceptionally clean, well presented with modern furnishings and almost everything you need from kitchen appliances to kitchenware - I was surprised. AC in every room and has washing machine/ dryer also. There are multiple massive balconies 🙂.

House rules are not for everyone - very "DEMANDING" I'm on holiday to enjoy not on chore leave! Finding the apartment will take you to unpaved road and you may end up stuck - poor street light.

We had a great stay in Paparouna and would be happy to go again. We recommend the place.

The apartment is very spacious, with three separate bedrooms with double beds each + spacious storage spaces. It is located in a new house and is very nicely and conveniently furnished, with great attention to details.

The apartment exceeded mour expectations in general and we really liked everything in it. The last night some other people arrived on the ground floor and were a bit noisy, but not until too long. So, I would say that everything was just perfect.

The apartment is very new and nicely renovated, spacious, very clean, nice balcony. I don’t take any pictures of the property because the ones on internet are very good and accrete I’m my opinion.

I gave the host 10/10 as she promised to fix some minor issues :) I’m looking forward staying there an other time. Maybe putting a sign with the name of the apartment on the street or the property to make it easy to find.

Great location, nice and clean property, comfy beds.

The owner was very polite and nice. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. They waited for us patiently to arrive and met some extra needs that we have. The property was very clean and every device we used worked as expected. The beds were very comfortable.

One of the many reasons we booked this room was because of the two bathrooms mentioned in Booking. Although there are two bathrooms, there is only one shower (one bathroom is WC like without shower). When you return from beach, it will take a lot of time for 5-6 people, that this property can accommodate, to shower using only a single shower.

Prorietara a cerut bani în plus , pe lângă banii pe care i am plătit la Booking și a făcut mari presiuni să i plătim , chiar dacă i am spus ca cei de la Booking a spus să nu plătim nimic în plus . Am plătit , pentru ca ne era frică ca nu vom putea intra în locuință. Pernele de pe pat erau foarte incomode și de cea mai proasta calitate . A spus ca are doua bai cu 2 dușuri , iar in realitate doar o baie avea duș. Televizorul nu era conectat la cablu TV și nici nu exista vreun cablu de legătură . Proprietarea avea un mod amenințător și neprietenos în felul de a vorbi , spunând și amenințând ca dacă doamnele care vin la curățenie vor găsi foarte murdar , atunci va lua măsuri ca să ne blocheze din bani .
