Its a great place for families, and all compliments to Maria for being such an amazing host!

The villa is locates right next to the sea, and its the best thing when traveling with kids. The property is well equipped and very clean. The porch is huge and can accommodate many people for lunch and dinner. It is also great for the kids. The best thing of all however is the Host- Maria. She is so kind, organized, ready to help and really wonderful person.

clean and well organized Maisonette flat. full equipped incl. layers and umbrella, just a few meters from the beach (clean and quite), perfect for families with nice neighborhood. Maria is just an amazing Host +++ absolutely recommendable, we could even stay for month ;)

It was wonderful! The host and the cleaning lady were very kind. The place was sparking clean and we took advantage of almost everything in the house. The beach is also very clean and 10 meters away from the house. Exceptional place for families with children. I didn't want to go, I hope we can visit again and for longer.

TOP location amazing moments!

The location is top. The villa is not so big but is very well equipped ( a lot of plates, kettle, umbrella, sunchairs, nets on the windows, new mattress, washing machine, dishwasher ). Also, there is outside furniture in a beautiful garden. The location is TOP! Just in front of the best part of the beach on NIKITI. The best choice is if you have children! Maria the owner has exceeded my expectations. She is very professional and thinks about everything. Fully recommend it.

We had a great family stay at the Sea Side Villas in Nikiti! Thanks Maria for the great time and for being great host! Apartments are clean and right close to the beach. We had a nice sea front view and place to hang out and enjoy outside. We liked Nikiti and this part of the Greece very much.

Exceptional

Maria is a wonderful host, definitely goes above and beyond to make your stay just perfect. The Villa is extremely close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The Villa is well equipped, clean and cosy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Lovely outside space to enjoy dining . We had a car and were able to enjoy some more remote areas of the coastline recommended by Maria which was exceptionally beautiful. I am sure we will visit again.

Great location and an amazing host! Maria took care of us so well and was extremely helpful with any of our needs. The property was very well presented and very clean. I had some worries about the wifi being slow due to previous reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it was extremely fast and I had no problems!

Beachfront nice villa

The location is excellent. A little far from the noisiness. Just cross the street and you are at the beach. the beach is good - very little stones, not getting vdeep fast. The villa was very interesting for my kid. The stairs leading to the attic as well as the teo-story bed were a free amusement. There is a small garden where we put an inflatable pool and he had a lot of fun. You have everything you need if you want to cook. There was a storm one of the days and we stayed at the house for most of the time that day. There are table games and other things the kid found we can do. We thought the wi-fi will be terrible but were nicely surprised that it worked quite well and we used the mobila data not that much as expected.

There is space for improvement of the cleanliness. We walked barefoot around the house and I felt the dust under my feet. The same for some of the drawers.

Disappointment

It’s not that bad. but it’s advertised as 3bedroom vila which is not true.There is 1 bedroom and also not well maintain maisonette with very old and noisy air conditioning.The maisonette is a terraced Vila and all neighbours are living all days together outside,so there is no privacy.

Dissapointed,overpriced

Location very close to the beach,quiet no traffic or noisy bars around-family friendly Nice cozy front deck-yard for meals and rest Ms Maria was polite,helpful and accomodating

The space was not as expected -much smaller than anticipated.(Misleading pictures)The 2 rooms were small and the 3rd room advertised was non existent instead an attic that fit 2 small beds on the floor. We were four adults 2 children and a toddler-far too many for the "comfortable" house advertised..maybe a family of 4 or 5 with young children would be a better fit. House needs maintainance-beds were old and uncomfortable,shower in bathroom small with no water pressure (almost no water was running if someone else was using the sink) Kitchen equipped with essentials, cabinets and furniture old. Generally overpriced for what was offered.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time at the seaside house! The house is beautiful with all the essentials and a great view from the balcony over the sea. We especially loved the terrace - as it got really hot in the sun, it allowed us to stay in the shade, but still be outside. Everything is decorated very tastefully and modern (which is not always the case in Greece). The sea is not even a minute away and it is a beautiful sandy beach with super clear water. Grocery shopping is close by. There are many restaurants and bars a ten-minute walk down the beach, while the area where the house is, is very peaceful and quiet. We were here with our almost one-year-old son and he could play in the garden, in the shade on the terrace, and have fun in the baby swing. The best thing about the house is Maria, the host. She was super available all the time and helped us whenever needed. Maria contributed greatly to our wonderful vacation here - thank you very much!

In a word – it was a perfect vacation. The maisonette is a few steps from a beautiful beach, while promenade and restaurant area are very close. The garden and the terrace are amazing and extremely comfortable. The accommodation is very comfort, with new and useful furniture and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sleeping area is clean and spacious. There are also two sunbeds with umbrellas that you can use. Thank you Maria for everything!

Maria is the most amazing host, she was very accommodating and helpful, super nice. The maisonette has a lovely little fenced garden and the beach is just across the street.

Very nice stay close to the beach in a quiet location with short walk to plenty of restaurants.

Any villa can only be as good as its owner/manager. We were lucky to meet Maria who helped us from long before the holiday and till the last day. She was always nice, smiley and easy to reach and helped us with any questions we had which made our holiday bespoke and easygoing, for that we are grateful. The location of the villa is next to the beach. Its a short walk between the sea and the residency about 20 meters. It is very convenient to get on the beach any time you want. You can always see if its crowded or not. The kitchen is well equipped, there was nothing we could not find maybe apart from a toaster. It also has good sized umbrellas and foldable beach chairs which is very convenient considering the cost of the same equipment from a beach bar. The villa itself located on the quiet side of Nikiti, it is safe and there are plenty of families with children. At the same time it is a short walk from nearest restaurant. If one continue walking further along the shore it becomes noisier and crowded especially in the evening. Yet there are plenty of restaurants and beach bars the closer you get to the marina. I'd certainly prefer to stay in this location.

I would like to thank the wonderful hostess Maria who, in addition to providing us with wonderful accommodation in front of the beach, helped a lot in a situation when we had a motorbike accident. Maria and her husband were not only kind and hospitable, but really people you can count on in any situation. I would sincerely recommend Maria when choosing a place to stay for holiday in Greece where you will enjoy the comfortable accommodation and rarely seen hostess kindness, professionalism and understanding for any case. The magic combination of nature. Forest and sea.

The house is in a forest of pine trees on the second floor and in frond of a beautiful beach . The apartment is really cool that means you don't need air condition. Also you could sleep with the sound of the waves ...

Kupatilo. Imali smo problem sa ulaskom u tuš kabinu, uzan ulaz. Srećom pa smo imali i spoljnji tuš u dvorištu.
