great location and services, very clean and nice room with a view.
Breakfast was ok, but at this price I would have expected a better one and more varied.
Coffee was instant, and you had to pay if you wanted one done by the espresso machine.

Perfect location..great host..beach across the street..full comfort..nice breakfast..peaceful and clean..close to the centre of the town..excellent restaurant at facility..great restaurants and bars close to the hotel..

Great location! Right on the long and beautiful Nikiti beach as well as close to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, beach area was also very comfortable and Avra the restaurant of the hotel had good food. Parking was small and crowded but functional.
The biggest "room for improvement" to say it mildly is the water in the bathroom as there were some days when we either had no water (due to an electricity malfunction that nobody knew about, until we complained at 8 pm) or lack of pressure or no hot water, only cold, etc. Very unpleasant not to have running water especially since it is a small hotel. The second improvement required is the bathroom smell, which constanly smelled like sewage and we had to procure on our own air freshner.

Kind hosts, good breakfast.
Location isn't really seafront. You can technically *see* the sea from some of the rooms, but it's several minutes walk along a busy road (with no sidewalks) to any water.
