It doesn’t look like on the pictures in Booking. Very uncomfortable second floor. We didn’t know about the second floor, i hit my head several times, because it was too low. The stairs to the second floor were very tight.

Worth the money

Close to the beach and restaurants, the terrace was very usefull, the rooms were cleaned every day, a lot of parking places, the staff very friendly

Wonderful place, wonderful people. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nikiti and needing a comfortable, affordable, clean and friendly place to stay. The location is superb, right by the center of Nikiti and very close to the sea (about 250 meters).

Tap water was dirty, but as we learned the whole town of Nikiti has the same problem. It’s not the owner fault, it’s general for whole town.

Really excellent all round

Very helpful and friendly staff . Even people we hadn’t met said hello and acknowledged us . We were given a lovely room , very spacious and pleasant. Decor very modern and aesthetic and attractive and all immaculately kept . Very handy for the beach and town . Perfect location .

Clean well located accommodation but very small pool with limited opening times.

Very clean apartments. Cleaners very friendly and happy to change towels and bedding as often as requested. Parking readily available by the building. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops including some large supermarkets.

The pool was only open between 10:30 and 15:00 and 17:00 and 19:30, supposedly for ‘quiet time.’ We, and many other guests we observed, found this utterly ridiculous. It was not mentioned anywhere on the advert/property details on Booking.com which is very sneaky. It was also a lot smaller than implied by the photos and excessively chlorinated. The staff were very nice overall apart from one of the reception ladies (red hair) who was quite abrupt at times and we observed her shouting at, and being rude, to some guests who were chatting by the pool at around 11pm. Surely this is to be expected in such a location!

Maisonette - group of 5 friends

Good location. 250m+- from the beach. Market and bakery nearby. A lot of parking spots within 50m around the hotel. The bar on the beach is superb, not expensive, nice staff in the bar, comfy and not over-crowded. Earlier check-in, we were 4 hours early upon arrival but as the maisonette was ready and clean, they checked us in immediately. Very comfortable for 5 people. Very clean. Worth the money overall.

The maisonette is on 2 floors and the wifi was truly bad upstairs, almost not existing. The pool is very clean and nice overall, but amount of chlorine that's being put on a daily basis is barely bearable, you can even smell it from a distance. The staff is not the greatest, lady with the red hair has histerically accused us of being loud 1 night while we were sitting by the pool and playing a board game, which would be absolutely okay, if it was mentioned properly (we would immediately stop and go to our room - as we did at the end of the day). She was complaining about not being able to sleep at all every single night (not ever mentioned before, or given proper warning/complaint) even though we were awaken past 11pm for only 2 nights on our stay. The approach was unprofessional.

Was very clean, and they came every day to bring new towels. The staff was kind and very open to our requests. AC was in every room.

Clean and confortable appartement in a nice hotel close to the sea.

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

A frying pan would be useful in the kitchen (pots are available). Parking places are limited next to the hotel but there are some places nearby.

Shower cabin was leaking little bit so floor was almost always wet and slippery.
