Perfect for a holiday in Sithonia

Cleanliness is top notch, rooms are big and comfortable, really enjoyed our stay so we booked another extra night. If we would come to Sithonia again we would definitely choose this place again. Staff is very kind and smiling. Location is within walking distance of the beach, good places to eat. Perfect!

Pleasant small apartment

We had a short but pleasant stay in one of the apartments. The apartment was a bit narrow however it still covers the needs of a couple. The apartment was clean and tidy while with the air-conditioning available, we were able to have a good sleep on a rather hot night. Will definitely keep it in mind for when I'll visit the area again.

Catacomb

The rooms are too small, the toilet does not fit you, you simply feel as if you are in a catacomb. Too expensive and everything is old and shabby. Would never stay again. Noting not the same on the picture

Superb

Location was good, only a 5 min walk to the beach and to the promenade with tavernas. Room was clean, enough space for two people and luggage. The balcony was very spacious as well, we could eat breakfast there or relax during the afternoon. AC was working really efficient. Parking was on the street but we never had issues finding a spot right in front of the property (we left in the morning and came back after lunch, around 3PM).

Bathroom was not very small, but had a weird layout. However, the shower was really spacious. Room was not very well isolated, we could hear noises from above quite well.

The personal wasnt very pleasant. They told us 3 times that we need to shower using shampoo before using the pool. The pool was closed between 2 an 5 pm. The walls were very this and you could hear someone breathing in the other rooms.

Great and comfortable place, the room had a very nice view of the pool, it's was pretty clean, very hospitable staff, and there is free parking on the street in front of the vila.

It was a bit noisy on the balconies.

Romanian "visitors" (rather a gang) who absolutely didn´t respect the rules of night rest and covid rules, including swimming in the pool in clothes, etc., when the employees could not do anything about it or did not call the police

Disappointing

Dirty forks and knifes. Fridge close to the bed 1 room under the ground level. No side lighting only 1 central light. Access to bathroom via a room

Everything was great except of the odour

The stuff was very friendly, the rooms comfortable and modern. The location is also ideal in Nikiti village.

The only negative issue was the smell of sewers that was very intense every evening/night in the room. I know that it is an issue in Greece but in our flat the odour was very intense.

It's close to the beach. Although we arrived early, the room was ready and we booked.

It was very hot and the position of the air conditioner it's bad, I don't recommend the maisonette for family with children. The receptionist give us the rools of the property, but she didn't show us where is the pool.

Nikiti' de çok sevimli ve temiz bir apart otel. Lokasyonu çok güzel, sahile, alışveriş yerlerine çok yakın. Personel müthiş. Özellikle, Maria hanım sanırım Nikiti' min en sempatik hanımefendi si. Çok ilgili ve sorun çözücü bir personel. A very charming and clean apart hotel in Nikiti. The location is excellent, very close to the beach and shopping. The staff is wonderful. Maria, in particular, is perhaps the most welcoming woman in Nikiti. She's very attentive and problem-solving.

Banyodaki duşun su gideri biraz problemli idi. The water drain in the bathroom shower was a bit problematic.

Relaxant!

Vila Sofia este foarte aproape de plaja. Personalul foarte amabil. Curatenia s-a facut zilnic in camere, schimbatul prosoapelor zilnic si a lenjeriei de pat la 2 zile, inlocuirea consumabilelor. Bucataria este dotata cu frigider, plita electrica, fierbator, tacamuri, etc. Patul din dormitor foarte confortabil iar terasa apartamentului este foarte mare. In apropierea vilei se afla terase, taverne, magazine.

Camerele nu sunt foarte izolate fonic dar nu pot sa spun ca asta m-a deranjat.
