The villa was new and has everything you could need.

Great view with fabulous sunsets. Lovely pool cleaned daily. Everything was clean and in good order. The fruit bowl was appreciated.We had a problem with the hot water and Ben came out immediately and resolved the issue. The villa is in a good position and we found it easy to visit most places on the peninsula . We think a car is essential .

My husband is allergic to cats and as with nearly everywhere in Greece there is a stray cat that lives at the villas so he found eating at the outdoor table uncomfortable.

Nice property especially for couples, young adults and families with children over 4.

It has a very nice design and the overall property looks clean and fancy. The pool is sufficiently large to have fun. The view is also nice and calm. Parking places pleanty and close to the villas. Safety and security also very good. Overall position it's very good. It's on the intersection of the roads leading to both sides of Sithonia so you can access very fast a lot of locations.

The overall architecture of the villa is not baby friendly. If you have children under 3 years old, I would not recommend it. There are a lot of stairs, the pool and a lot of dangerous situations in which a small toddler can get into. Also they can break a lot of stuff, which mine did. The position in relation to the sun is not so good. You have shade only in the morning. Afterwards it's sunny all day. So if you don't enjoy the sun and you plan to stay put, can be quite uncomfortable. We traveled a lot during the day so it wasn't a big problem.

Very satisfied

Ben - the host, was extremely polite and nice to us. We booked the biggest house. Everything was nice and clean. The wifi is good as well. He had fruits and wine as compliment. The pool is being cleaned up every day. If you want to cook your dinner, there’s everything needed to do so. Overall our whole group was impressed and very pleased with the property, facilities, the quiet location, etc

The villas were gorgeous, with a fantastic view, they were very clean and furnished beautifully.

Bijna perfect!

Het zwembad, mooie afwerking en de bedden. Veel ruimte rondom het huis om de schaduw op te zoeken. Mooi uitzicht.

De keuken was echt te klein. De vaatwasser is heel schattig maar te klein voor de grotere borden. En de vaatwasser zat vol met kalk. De douche(s) zijn prettig maar door het ontbreken van de deur, komt het water de badkamer in. De wasmachine staat buiten in een hok. Prima machine maar valt een beetje uit te toon in vergelijking met de villa(s). Er is wel een heg tussen de terrassen maar niet bij het zwembad. Als je echt privacy wilt tijdens het zwemmen, is dat niet mogelijk.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist mit allem Komfort bestückt, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Infinitypool ist das Highlight, man schaut direkt über die Hügel ins Meer 😍 Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt mit allerlei heimischen Köstlichkeiten, besonders die eigenen Oliven. Vielen Dank Ben!

Die Küche ist doch etwas zu klein, für jemanden der gerne kocht. Aber dafür bieten ja zahlreiche Restaurants allerlei Köstlichkeiten zu erschwinglichen Preisen, sodass man gar nicht kochen muss und sich verwöhnen lassen kann!

Traumhafte Lage und Luxus für die Familie

Die Lage war super. Sehr ruhig und mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Betreuung durch Ben war hervorragend. Er war superfreundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Alle kleinen Problemchen wurden sofort gelöst. Küche ist klein aber im Prinzip alles nötige für kleine Gerichte zum selbst kochen vorhanden.

Das wirklich einzige was negativ aufgefallen ist, war die Dusche. Diese ist zwar sehr schön und stylish aber leider etwas unpraktisch. Das ganze Bad leidet unter Nässe egal wie Vorsichtig man duscht. Aber das trübt die Freude an der Unterkunft keineswegs.
