Exceptional

The villa is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, lots of pots, dishware, glasses, etc. Probably the best kitchen I have seen in a rental place. Magdalena an Plamen are extremely nice and want thery guests to feel comfortable. The villa is on a quiet street but also close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

The house could be a little more sound proof. We could hear everything from everywhere.

Host was super friendly. Thank you Magy !!! The house was very clean and comfortable. I really liked that despite 34 degrees Celsius outside temperature and all Rooms having A/C I did not have to use any of it because the house was well insulated and very cool ! I definately recommend it!

Unforgettable experience

Villa Emerald is a paradise! This year we choose Nikiti for our summer vacation and enjoyed an unforgettable experience. Perfect place combining stylish design, comfortable furniture, hygiene at a very high level. We enjoy the various beaches that are located next to the villas as a well as delicious food at the seaside restaurants. Excellent value for money. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. There is a parking space. I highly recommend to everyone.

Superb

The house is spacious, beautifully designed and has a nice garden and BBQ. Easy check in and there were complementary fruits and coffee which was great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need.

Only issue is was with the water where due to low pressure two people could not take shower at the same time. Other that that no other issues.
