We really enjoyed our stay - the Apartment Gas everything you need, everything is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach :) there are many restaurants and a supermarket close by. Konstantina is super friendly and was very helpful to us!

In the summertime it could get a little noisy depending on the other guests, as the walls are a bit thin. However, this was never an issue during our stay!

Awesome experience

Beautiful flat with a fully equipped kitchen. Have a nice balcony to eat meals. Located near the coast, the beach is a few steps ahead. Directly on the shopping street, you can walk and enjoy the city in the evening. Very kind and supportive hosts. Thank you especially to Konstantina and fluent English speaker cleaning ladies. They are great people. We felt like we were at home.

The location was absolutely perfect—right on the first row, directly by the beach, with stunning sea views just steps away. As someone with a severe dust allergy, I was genuinely impressed by how exceptionally clean the apartment was—definitely one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. It made a huge difference in my comfort. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the housekeeper was just as lovely. The overall atmosphere felt peaceful, fresh, and well-cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Best choice in Nikiti

The room is very comfortable and newly furnished. The location is excellent—just 30 meters from the sea and very close to all the tavernas and bars. No need to worry about noise, as the rooms face the garden and are very quiet. Most importantly, you will have Konstantina, who takes care of everything. She is incredibly kind and makes you feel at home. I truly appreciate her warm hospitality.

Great stay - will be back!

We only stayed for one night but were very pleasantly surprised! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space even in the standard room, the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Very fast communication and service provided exceeded expectations. We were so satisfied that we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the great service!

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we have had. I can only recommend the apartment & Nikiti

very nicely furnished apartment with a perfect location directly on the beach with various restaurants and in the evening you could go for a walk. Despite the fact that the street was full of pedestrians in the evening, it was pleasantly quiet in the room and you could relax on the terrace. Also a big praise to the owner as soon as there was a problem she immediately took care of it. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, there is no parking space in front of the apartment, but there is a public parking space in the immediate area.

People very friendly and helpful and proactive. Location exactly what we needed. Very clean room with a nice small kitchen and a small clean bathroom.

Mattress of master bed was not comfortable, the 2nd bed you could hardly call it bed, it was an open couch and very bad for sleeping. Practically we were charged for 4 persons appartment which fit only 2.

Great location with only few steps to the beach and many restaurants. And at the same time it's very quiet location, because it's in a blind street. Very cosy, new, cleaning every 2 days.

The door to the apartment is absolutely not soundproof. At night you clearly hear all other guests, returning to their rooms.

The property was in the middle of the center, just in front of the sea. Lots of shops, tavernas and cafe around. You can reach everything by foot. Public parking just a few minutes by foot.

The apartment we stayed in was the suite. It was an amazing experience for us- the view is exceptional. It has everything you would ever need and even things you never thought you would need! The host was very helpful! We couldn’t be more happy and we will definitely return again, to the best place in Nikiti!
