Appartamento di costruzione recentissima con stanze ampie e luminose, la cucina era ben fornita. l'appartamento si trova in una ottima posizione dove è semplice parcheggiare, i servizi e la spiaggia sono molto vicini. molto comoda anche la doccia esterna, dove potersi sciacquare prima di rientrare in casa dopo una lunga giornata di mare.

The location is truly excellent

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. But! There is a significant need for improvement in customer service and the handling of guest requests. From the day we arrived, I asked about the possibility of changing the check-out time. Despite several requests, I never received any response until the day of departure, and in the end, I even left earlier than planned. Another issue was the shower: every time it was used, significant flooding occurred, and water accumulated on the bathroom floor, to the point where it felt like a small swimming pool in the bathroom. We reported this at the beginning of our stay, but the issue was never addressed throughout our stay. There was also a burnt-out or very dim light bulb in the bathroom. We reported it at the beginning of our stay, but it was never fixed before we left. In addition, we requested assistance with the television. Someone was sent to check the issue, but it was never resolved, and we ended up without a working TV for the entire stay. Since we spent a lot of time at the beach, we requested additional towels. We never received them, and only the following afternoon were we asked if they could be delivered the next day—which was no longer relevant. The location is truly excellent, but when guest requests go unanswered and basic maintenance issues are not addressed, it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.
