Am găsit o locație frumoasă, aranjată cu bun gust, dotată cu aproape toate utilitățile , mobilierul destul de nou,lenjeria, salteaua și pernele foarte confortabile și de calitate, fiecare cameră cu balcon, aer condiționat , rulouri cu mecanism electric, iar terasa a fost de vis , spațioasă cu masa și scaune destul de calitative , am găsit și un frigider mai micuț, destul de practic pentru a răci apa și băuturile !
Seara aveam un interval între 19-22 când apa era oprită , trebuia sa te grăbești puțin sa ajungi mai devreme de la plajă ,să faci duș ,sau să pregătești ceva de mâncare pentru cină ; ar fi util un serviciu pentru curățenie la câteva zile , opțional pentru cine dorește .

The host was verry kind and help us with every questions that we had. The apartment was verry clean and with all needed electronics and gadgets. There are really good quality furniture's, beds and windows. The swimming pool was really clean. We enjoy our vacation in this locations. By car in 5 minutes you can travel to any 3 big supermarkets easily . We had the privilege to visit all surroundings beaches like from 6km to 25km . Private parking . For our 2 families its was great experience.
No bad things to be added.

Spacious appartment, nice balcony, good facilities- AC, well furnished kitchen. Good location, close enough to most of the shops, restaurants and beaches.
Unpleasant surprise was lack or very poor pressure of cold/hot water after 19:00 till 00:00 hours. Impossible to have a bath during that timeframe, every day. No issue in the morning though. Host provided explanations, apparently this affects lots of accomodations in Nikiti, especially those not located at a ground floor level. Hard to prove if hosts were aware of the issue (this happened in 2024 too) which cannot be solved easily by themselves (maybe some water tank reserve for the appartments), but considering the price paid for the accomodation I think Booking shoud provide a higher discount.

Amazing new apartment, everything that was included from kitchenware, toiletries room, air-conditioning...everything was spot on. The common area with the swimming pool was clean and I think they cleaned the pool every day or every second day. The barbecue area, the big private balcony, and the responsiveness of the owners were a great attribute.
Definitely not having water almost every day in the peak hours or having very low water pressure (which I assume was also affecting the water heating). For the weekend there was no water at all in the peak hours around 7PM and 9PM. Although this might not be directly tied to the owner, this was a very bad thing to experience especially for the money paid and with 3 kids. This area is obviously expanding a lot with new buildings and the water supply system cannot sustain this expansion (my assumption).
Also there were several days where the water from the water supply was completely brown.
This was the biggest downside of our stay considering we were traveling with 3 kids.
