AC unit is on the next level, good parking, bbq area and living room. Everything is new and barely used. Kitchen and bbq is well equipped for almost any type of cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet, with a wonderful restaurant nearby (as host for recommendations). Perfect location if you wish to experience surrounding beaches but stay in city. Perfect fit for 3 couples. Pillows, amenities and bed was spot on.

Breakfast is something that can be improved but if you don’t eat much - it would be enough.

The house, was amazing....Spacious home, all of the needed facilities for a short and also longer stay! Everything was excellent, from the property facility to the host himself who was open to help us out at anytime!

We stayed only for one night, but we will definitely come back soon. The villa is brand new and located in the beautiful old town of Nikiti, in a historic house that has been completely renovated inside with very high-quality interiors. The villa features an amazing kitchen, and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, making it feel like three separate private suites. There is also a huge indoor jacuzzi, almost like a small pool, which is perfect for cozy evenings. The outdoor area is amazing, with a large private garden where you can relax in complete privacy. The highlight for us was the breakfast, which was served in a beautiful basket with fresh juices, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. Its an amazing value for the cost. The owner was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Highly recommended we will definitely come back again.
