Probably the best villa in Nikiti - amazing location, scenic and quiet. Highly recommended.

Location is superb - quiet and scenic; The villa along with the garden and swimming pool are ideal for a relaxing stay. Almost every night we cooked and had dinner at the outside table looking at the sunset.

The only thing I thought was not ideal was the fact that the bedroom on the second floor does not have a door, which means that sounds and light from the living room easily get to that bedroom. So if you are a light sleeper and someone else likes to spend time in the living room until late then this may somewhat affect your sleep. Hence giving it 9 out of 10 rather than 10 out of 10.

Beautiful, private villas with fabulous views

Modern, clean, ecological villas with stunning views. The villas are well equipped with nice little touches such as welcome coffee, local wine, bottled water, milk. Parasols, pool floats to borrow. Lovely communal BBQ area and landscaped gardens. Ben and Artemis and all the staff were lovely hosts.

Nothing we didn’t like. Would definitely recommend hiring a car as Villa is up on the hill and easier to shop and access the local beaches and villages with a car.

Our stay was wonderful, the villa was very nice, clean, and modern. It had all the amenities and a fantastic outdoor infinity pool with an amazing view. The host was very helpful with everything we needed. We appreciate that the place was quite and relaxing, just perfect for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Also, the place is very well maintained, beautiful vegetation and flowers, very well-maintained pool. The beach of Nikiti and all the tavernas are 5 min away with the car. You can find there also supermarkets and shops. The old town Nikiti is very close, 3-4 minutes with the car. We truly recommend this place; it has everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Exceptional

Everything was great, location easy to get, quiet with amazing view over the see, our son loves swimming pool, hope to come back again one day. Recommend also to visit historic centre of Nikiti. Ben and Artemis was very helpfull. fantastic people.

Just Wonderful

Clean and carefully designed villa, just beautiful! Quite spacious, especially for a couple. The outdoor space is generous and has variety of sitting/ lounging options. We especially enjoyed having breakfast/ dinner at the big table outside. Views on Nikiti and the sea are just breathtaking! The pool is just the right size for 2 people to relax. Nicely equipped small kitchen with anything you'll need to prepare a meal ifnyou want to. The compounds territory is beautifully planted and even has a little herb garden. We picked up a few strawberries which was a treat :) We would definitely recommend and would be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect, but just beware that access by car can be tricky with a few very steep and narrow roads and lack of signage. It needs some getting used to !

We enjoyed every second of our stay at Arthill eco villas!

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful villa and we can tell - it was absolutely amazing. The villa was nicely decorated, super clean and very well equipped. It provided everything you need for your stay. They even welcomed us with lots of complimentary gifts like fresh fruits, wine & water. The view of the villa is stunning and the location is perfect if you want to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. The communication with Artemis & Ben was easy and they have been very flexible. They are super nice and gave us a lot of helpful information upon our arrival. A big plus is that they really care for the environment. A special thanks for making it possible to postpone our check out time. We enjoyed every second of our holiday and definitely would recommend to stay there. We had the best time. Thanks a lot!

Vila soarelui apune!

Locația și priveliștea sunt minunate, amenajarea este modernă și se observă atenția de detalii. Vilă este dotată cu mașina de spălat vase, fier și masă de călcat, aparat de cafea și multe altele. Piscina este bine gândită și foarte îngrijită. Apusul este excepțional. Bonus sunt 3 pisici foarte insistente, dar adorabile.

Pentru noi patul nu a fost confortabil, însă asta poate fi relativ de la o persoană la alta, iar în băi apa de la duș se scurgea destul de dubios în afara dușului. În dormitorul de jos era un ușor miros de umezeală.

Drumul prin orasul vechi, ingust, pante abrupte si partial neasfaltat. Nu poti ajunge pe jos pana la mare.

Minunat!

O vila dotata cu tot ce trebuie in bucatarie si in dormitoare, cu piscina, cu o panorama de vis. Am luat cina numai acasa sa putem vedea apusul. Noi am ajuns tarziu (traficul de la bulgari), asa ca am interactionat doar cu Ben, care a fost foarte amabil, ne-a raspuns la toate intrebarile.Vila are un living micut, cu tv, wi-fi, cu iesire pe terasa, la piscina, apoi jos este un hol mic unde pe partea stanga este amenajata o micuta bucatarie foarte dotata, tacamuri, farfurii, castronele, fierbator, prajitor de paine, choper, pahare, cesti de cafea, un expresor compatibil cu capsule nespresso.Pe partea dreapta e baia cu dus, wc, uscator de par Philips, hartie igienica, saci de gunoi, sapun lichid, gel de dus. Din bucatarie dai in dormitor, o camera mare cu usa spre terasa, spre piscina. La etaj este al doilea dormitor ,cu doua paturi si cu baie proprie. Vila are o zona de gratar cu doua gratare, cu chiuveta, cu ustensile de gratar, cu doua leagane, cu hamac, mese si scaune. Curtea e amenajata foarte frumos. Recomand cu mare drag, dar trebuie sa aveti masina, fara nu prea se poate ajunge, vila e pe un deal, dar merita tot efortul. Vom reveni cu siguranta.

Sehr schöne Villa, gut ausgestattet und ein grandioser Ausblick. Alles wirkt sehr hochwertig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Artemis und Ben war auch super. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.
