Comfortable villa close to the beach

The villa was very comfortable for a group of 6 people. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was a very nice. There's also a service bath at floor level which is very handy. The bedrooms were big, clean and comfortable, plenty of storage place. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden and the barbeque area are very nice. The location was good, very close to the beach, yet very quiet.

Great choice which needs a few tweaks.

Starting with the location, it was amazing. The sea nearby was great, and sometimes we didn't even feel the need to go to a different one. Even in October, most of the shops and restaurants were open in Nikiti, which made our stay very easy and convenient. The rooms with the separate bathrooms were also really good, and since we were a big group of people, it was nice to have separate bathrooms. The terrace and BBQ were also very good to chill and cook. there's plenty of space to park three cars, or even more, inside the property. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean overall, despite a few things I will mention in the negatives. there's a huge freezer and fridge which are very nice to have, and a variety of supermarkets close to the property.

The internet connection was literally unusable. we chose this specific property because we saw in comments that the internet connection was working properly, but that was not the case for us. Even after contacting the caretaker of the house we would not get it to work, which made our trip a bit trickier, because we were all working remotely. If you select this property, please call to make sure that the internet issues are resolved and there's no downtime, because for us it was a horrible experience which led to extra costs, because we had to buy mobile data in order to work. The kitchen utensils were not good. there are two pans, and one of them is in fairly bad condition. Also, there is no oven. The dishwasher absolutely needs some maintenance because it doesn't clean properly, and most of the dishes and cups were dirty when we arrived and we had to wash almost everything again. My guess is that they were just put into the dishwasher, but that was far from enough to clean them properly. The caretaker of the house showed up unannounced a number of times, which we felt was a bit intrusive, just to water plants and ask if we needed anything, completely unnecessary.

Lovely villa near a beach

The villa is split into two semi-detached lettings, possible to rent one or both. Good location - it was quiet when we were there, and it's only a short stroll from wonderful, sandy beaches and a good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is spacious, roomy bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Bedding was provided, bed mattresses were fairly basic but clean. The kitchen had some useful equipment, and in particular a coffee machine. Although it would be useful to have some basic supplies, e.g. salt, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, as well as a toaster.

It would definitely be very helpful to have some beach equipment, such as a beach umbrella, beach chairs, etc. By default, hot water is served through a solar water heating system, and it requires the hosts to come and manually switch to an alternative system to get hot water when there's no sun. The TV didn't work.

A very nice surprise

Nice villa with ensuite bathroom for each bedroom, well-maintained garden and a dedicated sitting place for BBQ; good location (2-minute walk to Nikiti beach and 15-minutes to the center), far from the street noise.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit Garten

Ca. 500 Meter zum Strand, große Zimmer mit Terrasse, schöner gepflegter Garten, Parkplätze vorhanden, nette Eigentümer.

Etwas überteuert für die Gegend, aber insgesamt hat es uns gefallen und wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.
