Власник вас зустріне та проведе короткий екскурс. У кімнатах раз на кілька днів прибирають і змінюють рушники. Якщо чогось не вистачає, реагують дуже швидко. Все чисто й доглянуто. Стабільний потужний інтернет по всьому будинку. Також є окрема кімната нагорі по сходах із нормальною ліжком та кондиціонером. У вас цілих два балкони! На одному ви можете сушити випрані речі, а на другому — обідати з родиною. Розташування чудове (5 хвилин до моря). Тихий район. У вас є особисте паркувальне місце в самому центрі Нікіті.
Якщо ви подорожуєте з великою кількістю багажу, то помітите, що вам буде бракувати шафи (велика шафа є лише нагорі по сходах, але щоразу туди підніматися вам швидко набридне).
