Чудове місце для відпочинку! Простора вілла з двома терасами, балконом на другому поверсі та затишним маленьким садом із мангалом. У будинку дуже чисто й комфортно, кухня добре обладнана, є великий холодильник і пральна машина, усе це зробило наш відпочинок легким та безтурботним. Окремий плюс: власники не проживають у сусідніх апартаментах, як це часто буває, тому можна повністю насолодитися приватністю. Окрема подяка Марії, яка нас зустріла. Дуже приємна, привітна людина, завжди швидко відповідає на повідомлення та готова допомогти з будь-яким питанням. Щиро рекомендуємо!

A fully equipped apartment, perfect for a big family with a dog. Having a free balcony was nice — the one next to the kitchen was perfect for breakfast. The air conditioning is located in the hall and works properly. A huge supermarket with delicious Greek food is just a 2-minute walk away.

The walk to the beach was quite long. However, since we didn’t really enjoy the beach in Nikiti, we preferred driving to other ones instead. We also had a minor issue with hot water, but the hosts were very nice and reacted immediately.

Only 1 air conditioner, located in the upper hallway, so it was very hot in every room. Bathroom is too small, water pressure is very bad.

It is a complete property with all you need even for a longer stay. The house that has 3 balconies, a yard, comfortable living room, kitchen and two separate bedrooms. It is a quiet negbouhood and Masoutis market is just behind the corner. Internet is ultrafast, and the owner Maria has been very polite and helpful.
