Beautiful studio by the beach in Nikiti

Great place to stay in Nikiti in an excellent location. Anneta, the host, is very friendly and provided us with extra little things we needed, the room was cleaned every other day, and the place is well furnished with everything we need (big wardrobe, a place to hang the towels outside, multiples hooks for hanging clothes, kitchen things etc.)

We came in October and stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was quite cold and damp, and the terrace was always in the shade. Probably not an issue during the peak season when it’s hot

Perfect place to stay to explore Sithonia

Superb location, on the second road right with respect to the beach, but still quiet at night. Annetta was a great host; she has many recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and other places around Sithonia. Close by, there is a free parking, which was convenient. Our apartment had a nice little balcony with a nice view.

Clean, spaceous apartment in a super location.

We loved Anneta's House. The location was great! Close to the beach, but on a quiet side street. Anneta was so friendly and helpful and there every day. Our appartment was cleaned every day, the view of the garden was lovely, the balcony spaceous and the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. And thank you again to Anneta and her father for helping us when our car had problems!

Worth every penny!

The villa is extremely close to the beach, the room was super clean - sheets were changed every 2 days. The room is filled with everything you could need, it has a small kitchen with utilities, you can even find a hairdryer and a sewing kit in the vanity’s drawers. The place is dog friendly and our dog was extremely satisfied with everything as well. The owner is super friendly and welcoming, she greeted us with a big smile and on the second day of our stay she gifted us a full jar of olives, olive oil and a drink similar to Ouzo, all produced by her father. Our stay was perfect.

Close to the beach

Very good location a few meters from the beach of Nikiti. Everything is within reach. Very nice new building. Clean, neat. The owner quickly arrived on the scene and helped to take over the room. Nearby parking is easily accessible.

Contrary to the description, there are not two bedrooms in my opinion. The whole thing is a studio, in one airspace. One of the bedrooms is the ground floor = the living room. The so-called second bedroom is the open gallery of this room. For one night it was not a problem, but for a longer stay it is only recommended to very good and close friends. If the description was more accurate, I would have booked something else.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable apartment just step away from a nice sandy beach, local shops and restaurants. The patio balcony has an access to the back garden, loved that. Anneta was very kind and changed our room to the ground floor as we had a push chair. We asked for late check out and this aslo wasn't a problem. We felt so welcomed and look after. If we come back to Nikiti again, this will be our number 1 place to stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment we stayed in was really nice and clean, it was beautifully decorated down to the last detail. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We had a beautiful view of the garden from our balcony, where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The location is a step away from the beach, where you have different restaurants and bars. There was also a free parking just meters away from the property.

The location is good, 5 minutes away from beach, promenade and restaurants but the room îs quiet. We appreciated the fact that the room was big enough, very clean and had a nice balcony. Free parking available. The owner îs very kind and helpful.

Superb

We booked a room at the last minute, and everything went much better than we had expected. Anneta was one of the best hosts that we ever met. Studios were clean and comfortable, near the beautiful beach yet, very quiet. Even though it was cold in April, the heating was great, and there was always enough hot water. I hope we will stay at Annetta's House sometime again.

Exceptional

Super clean room, with all the necessary amenities, located in central Nikiti. The room has no central heating but the air-conditioner is sufficient for October weather. The warm water is available instantly. We had access to a small garden to the back of our room, perfect for a evening drink. We did not use the kitchinette, but it was available and well equipped. We will come back!
