Anneta's House

Kind hospitality, very well equipped, clean and spacious room with a great terrace to enjoy morning / evening coffee and drinks. Couldn’t ask for more in terms of location - quiet place, situated just about 20 meters from a great sandy beach with all of the surrounding beach bars, shops and restaurants. Furthermore, we were welcomed to stay with our two cocker spaniels.. 10/10

The host met us personally and was very kind and welcoming. She gave us useful information about where to eat and where the shops are. When there was heavy rain and we couldn’t find transport to go to the pharmacy, she kindly gave us a lift. We really appreciated her help and hospitality. Our first impression of the apartment was very good. It had everything we needed and was comfortable for three adults. The layout is an open space with a raised sleeping area accessible by stairs, which made it convenient and gave a bit of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped (an oven would have been a nice addition, but everything else was there). Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in Nikiti in an excellent location. Anneta, the host, is very friendly and provided us with extra little things we needed, the room was cleaned every other day, and the place is well furnished with everything we need (big wardrobe, a place to hang the towels outside, multiples hooks for hanging clothes, kitchen things etc.)

We came in October and stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was quite cold and damp, and the terrace was always in the shade. Probably not an issue during the peak season when it’s hot

Good position, free parking nearby, nice balcony for the morning coffee. Host helpful and kind.

The apartment was not what we expected. It was not two separate bedrooms but an open attic with a bed on top of the main bedroom. The kitchenette was not well furnished.
