Appartement spacieux et propre, très bien situé près de la plage. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Great place to stay in Nikiti in an excellent location. Anneta, the host, is very friendly and provided us with extra little things we needed, the room was cleaned every other day, and the place is well furnished with everything we need (big wardrobe, a place to hang the towels outside, multiples hooks for hanging clothes, kitchen things etc.)
We came in October and stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was quite cold and damp, and the terrace was always in the shade. Probably not an issue during the peak season when it’s hot

First of all, Anneta is an amazing host.
Apartment has a nice balcony and has everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and the location of apartment is very good.

Good position, free parking nearby, nice balcony for the morning coffee. Host helpful and kind.
The apartment was not what we expected. It was not two separate bedrooms but an open attic with a bed on top of the main bedroom.
The kitchenette was not well furnished.
