The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring Nikiti and the beaches on both the east and west sides of Sithonia. Nikiti Beach is also just a short walk away. The owner is super friendly, helpful, and genuinely tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When we mentioned that the electric stove wasn’t working, he immediately brought us a new one. The kitchen itself is very well equipped and has everything you might need, and even more: an air fryer, sandwich maker, electric kettle, microwave, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker (for Americano-style coffee), and even a camping gas stove. He also provided some coffee capsules and bottle a water. One thing to keep in mind: I strongly recommend bringing or buying bottled water, as the tap water quality here is not very good. He also kindly allowed us to bring our 4-year-old child without any additional charge, which we really appreciated. We combined the two single beds, and they were very comfortable for two adults and a child. He even offered us an extra bed at no additional cost. He also recommended a place for us to eat, and honestly, it was the tastiest food we tried in Sithonia! You can really feel that he does his best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. We would definitely be happy to come back and stay here again!

Internet connection sometimes was so great, we didn’t complain as it wasn’t important for us at the moment.

It is in a good location, close to the sea. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked everything. The owner is helpful.

Appartamento spazioso e ben suddiviso, più grande rispetto a tanti che ho girato in Grecia. Cucina molto attrezzata e fornita di tutto. Akis e il suo amico Viktor ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire ben voluti. Un piccolo problema è stato subito affrontato e risolto dal proprietario! Posizione vicinissima al mare e tutti i servizi, ma al riparo dal caos.

Confermo le altre recensioni, arredamento un po' datato, ma comunque funzionale.

Хозяин дождался нашего прибытия, хотя задерживались из-за пробок на дороге. Место положение. Очень близко от моря.

К чистоте в спальнях есть претензии. Мебель в плачевном состоянии. В одной спальне шкаф требует ремонта. Выдвижные полки не работают. В другой спальне шкаф и вовсе отсутствует. Одна прикроватная тумбочка. Практически негде было разместить вещи. Хорошо, что мы приехали на 3 ночи. Переодевались из чемоданов. Если оставаться дольше, то это проблема. Кухня очень маленькая. Нам вчетвером негде было сесть за столом, тем более что-то приготовить из еды. Короче, больше 2-х не собираться. на время прибывания пришлось сделать небольшую перестановку мебели, после чего кое-как помещались с трудом.
