Nice clean studio, good location, parking next to the building, friendly staff

You hear the neighbors and people outside the door, but of course that’s normal in these types of buildings. The curtains didn’t cover the full windows so it stayed a bit light.

Nice location for a short beach holiday on Sithonia

Very kind host and always ready to help, apartment was clean and with most needed utilities available. Also the beds were comfortable and common space area is very nice.

The upper room of duplex is not enough spacious - good only for sleep. And only one wall electrical socket there...

Everything was new. We had all the necessary amenities. Parking was very close and big

Water pressure was very bad, barely able to have a shower. The beds in the second floor were shorter than regular.

2 nights in the Royal

Clean, modern (new) apartment. All new appliances and strong signal for WiFi. Wall mounted TV and plenty of storage for clothes. Shower was good as were the bathroom facilities in general (inc. hairdryer). Balcony had a table and 4 chairs plus a clothes airer which even when in use left enough space to move around. An adjustable sun shade and door screens were also very useful. Air con. was included (no extra charge). Kitchen was equipped well enough to complete a simple meal. Overall a good experience!

A small amount of noise from some maintenance which led to a loss of electricity but only for a short while.

Σαββατοκύριακο όπως πρέπει! Μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα με ότι χρειάζεται! Η Όλγα, ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Μαγική παραλία με beach bars, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά!

Ο δήμαρχος πρέπει να φροντίσει τουλάχιστον για την ασφαλτόστρωση και τον φωτισμό των δρόμων! Τα τουριστικά καταλύματα, οι επισκέπτες και εν γένει ο τουρισμός, είναι τεράστια και η μεγαλύτερη πηγή εσόδων του Δήμου! Αξίζει η προσοχή και η συμπαράσταση στους επιχειρηματίες, έστω με τα βασικά!
