Cozy and modern house 350m to the see in Nikiti!

The house was very clean, modern and exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The location is quiet, ideal for relaxing, and just a short walk (8 minutes) to the beach and promenade.

There wasn’t anything major we disliked.

The house is amazing if you come with a family. It is walking distance to a fantastic bakery (5 min) and a supermarket. I was going every morning to get fresh banitza and greek treats with orange juice. You can buy groceries and cook at home if you want. There is fish shop 10 min walking as well. It is centrally located to go to nice beaches around like 10 to 30 min away with golden sand and turquoise water. The night life in Nikiti is 10 min away walking down to the sea, full of restaurants and lots to do in the evening. The hosts were amazing with us they provided several amenities like hair dryer, enough towels dish soap, but if you need to wash your clothes you need to get your own detergent.

Be mindful that the parking in the beach is limited so everytime is better to walk from the house and leave the car parked. That gives you freedom to have some drinks and just walk. The beach is not so close its like 10 min walking . But the location is perfect to be far from the noise and close enough to enjoy.
