The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for your vacation (cooking and coffee machines, drinks, some food, toiletries, mosquito repellent, hand sanitizer etc). Mrs. Evi waited for us with cold water and a delicious homemade cake.
The view from the balcony is very nice!
The air conditioning is only installed in the living room and cools the bedrooms with difficulty. However it is good that there are 2 extendable sofas for those who can't stand the heat.
The windows of the bedrooms open into a semi-enclosed and smelly space, so ventilation or cooling with morning air is not really possible :(
The bathroom is unbelievably small and gets very hot during the day. A walk-in shower and a bigger window would be recommended.

“Chiavi in mano”, ovvero è come se rientrassi a casa. L’accoglienza è stata ottima. Non ci sono volute molte parole, in inglese stentato (da parte mia). Il sorriso cordiale di Alexis. Ci ha mostrato la porta, come per dire: “è casa vostra”.
Dentro ci aspettava un pan di spagna preparato dalla moglie di Alexis, uova, burro, formaggio, prosciutto cotto, latte condensato, pane, macchina da caffè Nespresso e cialde, macchina per caffè americano e caffè, barattolo con Nescafè.
Un salotto e cucina, due balconi. Due camere da letto, un bagno, televisore, frigorifero, condizionatore. Tutto pulitissimo e funzionante.
Il bagno, seppur pulito e funzionante, è bene venga ristrutturato.
