Casa di Grigoris

Mr Foivos is a wonderful host, he was waiting for us at arrival and explained everything with kindness and a smile (not everybody does!). he was very helpful and responsive in the days that followed regarding any questions or concerns. The house is located in the old part of the city, accessible on foot via a lovely walk downhill (i think at least 20 minutes) making the uphill return trip perhaps a bit more tiring, BUT there are some supermarkets/bakery/butcher shop 5 mins from the house! We had a car (and there is parking right in front of the house). The house has everything needed for a stay and looks just like the photos! The neighbors are quiet, and there is a beautiful view of the sea and mountains to the side.

the staircase leading to the top floor is a bit steep (if one really wants to nitpick), but honestly very manageable.

Una din bai este la parter, cealata la etaj, a trebuit noaptea sa cobor la baie, nu a fost cel mai bine. Aerul conditionat, unul singur pe hol, a trebuit sa montez un ventilator suplimentar pentru a aduce aer rece in dormitor. Pentru a beneficia de aer conditionat trebuie sa stai cu usa deschisa la dormitor, deci nu mai ai intimitate.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa di Grigoris. Perfekt ausgestattet, nichts fehlt, wunderbar friedliche Lage, sehr nette Kommunikation. Ein super Ort um sich zu erholen, morgens zwitschern die Schwalben und die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft war einer der besten meiner gesamten Aufenthalte. Das Haus liegt im traditionellen Teil von Nikiti in sehr schöner Lage war sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
