Perfectly equiped (washmashine, dishwasher, coffee machine, sunbeds, sun umbrella…), beautiful garden, it is 50m to the beach… Very very friendly host :) We felt very comfortable, almost as like at home

The best house I have ever spent my summer vacation in. Everything new and modern. Extremely clean and perfectly equipped with all home appliances needed (washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, BBQ, just to name a few). Great yard with very functional and cosy porch. Large balcony.
Hosts very pleasant and forthcoming.
Sincere recommendations.

Location was excellent, near the sea, we had everything we needeed and much more. The house has small but very nice yard with nice veranda where you have your meals. House is west oriented and it was very pleasent to be in during hot days, most of days we didn`t need to turn on AC. Hosts were very very nice and available at any time we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. This is a newly renovated small house, completely equipped with everything you need, even beyond your needs. It has everything and all the things in the house are new and modern. The location is perfect - there is a side sea view from the house, just a few steps from the beach. The house is very close to the tourist part of Nikiti and close to lots of great restaurants. At the same time, it is located on a small street away from any noise. The house has a small but very cozy veranda which is perfect for breakfast or dinner. The host Irini is a wonderful person. We have been going on vacations to Greece for more than 15 years and we have never met such a hospitable person. She answered all of our questions and was always available for us, even in the late evenings, in case we needed something. When we entered the house it was perfectly clean and arranged. We were pleasantly surprised by fresh fruit and various drinks in the fridge. We had also all varieties of coffee in the kitchen. We highly recommend this place and I hope we will come back again. Thank you Irini and Raisa and we hope to see you soon:)
