Wir hatten das „Ferienhaus“, welches im Erdgeschoss mit einer Terrasse war, von dieser hatte man einen schönen Blick.
In der Unterkunft gab es Olivenöl, Gewürze, ein kleines süßes Brot sowie Honig, auch Eiswürfel waren im Frost. Dies fanden wir sehr nett!
Bei uns waren keine weiteren Gäste da, somit hatten wir unsere Ruhe. Die Terrassen sind alle nah aneinander und von allen einsehbar.
Die ganze Unterkunft ist klein und dunkel. Das Bad ist so klein, das die Toilette direkt an der Dusche ist. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, muss man durch die Dusche und hat die Füße dann in der Dusche stehen. Wir fanden es unangenehm, da der Boden ja vom duschen dort nass ist und man nicht immer nasse Füße haben möchte.
Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen. Wer abends noch etwas Unterhaltung möchte ist auf ein Auto angewiesen oder hat es zu Fuß schon 30 Minuten zu laufen und dann auf dunklen Wegen.

The host is very friendly and nice.
I loved spending time on the terrace especially at sunset.
In just 5 minutes we could reach the beach, by foot.
Our car was safe in the property's yard.
The bathroom was too small for our taste.

Fantastic view over the bay, really nice hosts, clean small fully equipped studio, nice beaches close-by, good value for money.
Suggestions for improvement: Studio was a bit small but OK, bed a bit too soft and squeaky, no signs for the apartment (but Google maps shows the right location).

Very clean and well equipped appartement on the hill with great views of Nikiti and close to the beach. Great location to visit all Sithonia. The owners mrs. Vera and mr. Theologos are super kind and lovely, we felt like home thanks to them and they helped as with anything we've asked! We would choose it again!
