I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. I was traveling with my baby, and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant – perfect for families. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, very close to the beach and within walking distance to everything we needed. If I come to Nikiti again, I would definitely choose this place once more. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for a beach vacation

Don’t be misled

The only good thing is the location, which is relatively close to the beach, but that shouldn’t mislead you.

I want to share this and warn other people not to end up in this apartment and the nightmare we experienced, despite the high rating it has, which is misleading. We were traveling as a family with a child. The first thing that stood out to us was that there were many broken and non-functioning things, such as light switches and sockets, and the bathroom door frame, which was taped together with duct tape. The blind on one of the windows also didn’t work and stayed down. The bathroom is extremely small, with poor ventilation and therefore constantly wet — on one of the days, even the windows in one of the rooms were wet. The pillows are very uncomfortable and of low quality. Sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen turns into a nightmare, both because it’s uncomfortable and because of the extremely loud humming fridge. There were no extra blankets, covers, or anything of the sort. On top of all this, mowing the lawn on Sunday at 2:15 PM, when you’ve just come back to rest from the beach, isn’t even the biggest issue. The main problem was the lack of hot water on one of the two days of our stay. I couldn’t reach the owner and only received a reply to my message after we had left the apartment, explaining that there had been a breakdown. So, don’t be misled by the good location and high rating.

BEAUTIFUL

The location is perfect, a few steps from the beach and the main promenade. The apartment is clean and comfortable! The furniture is new and the bathroom completely renovated! Great selection at a great price!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung am Meer! Die Lage ist traumhaft – nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand – und der gepflegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts fehlte. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Das Einzige war, dass in der Dusche im Bad keine Halterung war und man den Duschkopf in der Hand halten musste, während man sich mit der anderen wäscht – aber das war kein großes Problem!
