New, cozy and modernly furnished studio

New, cozy and modernly furnished studio, located on a quiet street, but at the same time 2 minutes walk from the promenade. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures.

There are only few things that I can consider as a drawback - there is no place to hang the shower, which makes bathing a little uncomfortable, and there is no place to leave bathing accessories. Also, the hangers are taped to the door, which leads to the towels constantly falling to the ground. If these things are improved, everything will be just perfect.

Everything very new, designed for comfort, very clean and nice. Note - because the accommodation is new, it is not yet listed on Waze / Google Maps and the address in Booking.com is a bit general, so you should get more precise instructions from the owner.

We had a great stay at this property during our vacation. The location is excellent — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartment is new, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only small downside was that there was no shade or tent on the balcony, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sit outside in the morning due to the strong sun. It would be a great improvement if some shade was added.

Great stay

We spent 10 nights here as the very first guests and absolutely loved it. The apartment is brand-new, spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the main street and the beach, yet woderfully quiet—and the host is incredibly kind. Our dog was welcome too, which made the stay even better. Easy 10/10!

La tranquillità, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro. Comoda poltrona a dondolo in giardino. Perfettamente pulito

Vacanza molto molto soddisfacente

Ottima posizione, a pochi metri dal lungomare e soprattutto posizione strategica per visitare tutta la penisola...struttura molto accogliente e pulita...cucina molto funzionale!!!

Per una cosa perfetta ci mancherebbe un bel fornetto o un forno microonde e qualche utensile in più per la cucina :)
