Great spot to explore Sithonia!

Very nice place. In a more quiet zone of Nikiti, but still only a 15 minutes walk from the center and 10 minutes of the old Nikiti settlement. Very quiet and cozy. The space of the apartment was sufficient for 4 adults. Both bedrooms with air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need. The common space of the garden is very nice and it was amazing to close our holidays with an evening barbecue. They had everything there, charcoal, lighters, grill, pinches and etcs. Of course it will depends on the other guests using the space, but we were lucky to have only cool and respectful people around.

I would only say the pillows could be better. But maybe I am too old ;)

This is an amazing property with lovely hosts, everything is new and clean, garden is perfect with green grass and flowers where kids can safely play. When we entered the appartment 2 bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge, along with some sweets, and we found everything that we need including toilet paper, shampoos and shower gels. Appartment has the washing machine, each bedroom has its own air condition. Every window and door have a cover to prevent the insects to come in. There are metal curtains outside the window so you can make your room dark when you are sleeping. We had a few extra beddings, towels and hair dryer included as well as the soap for the hands. Kitchen has everything you need even the coffee whisk, salt etc. Hosts are really on duty and they are managing the garden and picking up the trash from the bins every day.

An incredible place for a family with a dog

Apartment with a garden and a table for relaxing. You can bring your dog to the apartment. There were all the necessary dishes, and they were also beautiful (glasses, glasses, plates). Availability of a washing machine. The barbecue was incredible. We spent a lot of time in the garden. And it was very nice that other guests also had dogs, it created a warm atmosphere.

The button on the toilet flush tank needs to be repaired to increase the pressure.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment plus a kitchen with a sofa, one small terrace at the entrance and one more balcony from the twin room with table and chairs the kindness of the staff very friendly with our dog the location in the old center of Nikiti, very quiet the cleanliness found inside the washing mashine and the rack for drying clothes found on the small terrace at the entrance there were iron, ironing board and hair dryer air conditioning, window shutters and mosquito nets in one of the bedrooms there was a smart TV the kitchen equipment: there were everything you need to cook, even with an oven barbecue tools, two barbecues in the garden the garden very well maintained, with swings, rocking chairs and tables, very nicely lit in the night- a pleasure to have breakfast/dinner there parking right next to the house we stayed for 6 nights so the owners left us extra towels and bed linen

Абсолютно съм впечатлена от всичко. Като се започне от милите и отзивчиви хазяи до луксозная и прекрасен апартамент . Изобщо направиха почивката ни още по-приятна и запомняща. Определено ще се върнем там! Препоръчвам мястото с две ръце!

Čisto i uredno, preslatko dvorište, lepa terasica, deca su posebno uživala.

Veoma čisto i lepo uredjeno sa svim sto nam je bilo potrebno. Poseban plus sto imaju veš mašinu!

Bračni krevet nije bio bas kako treba. Samo postolje ispod dušeka ima daske koje nisu ucvrscene pa se stalno pomeraju i krevet je zbog toga bio dosta neudoban za spavanje za odraslu osobu.

Если у вас аллергия на котов—- вам не сюда😊они по всюду. Соседская голодная собака ; мы ее подкармливали) постоянно лаяла. Если коты спят, а собака молчит- то здесь тихо
