Güzel bir bahçesi var. Arabayla nikahı merkeze 5 dakika. Ev biraz eski ama fiyat denge iyi.
Duvarlar çok ince. Ses yalıtımı daha iyi olabilirdi.

Konumu çok güzel, Old Nikiti de, böylece ana yolda sürekli olan yoğun trafiğe girmeden güzel plajlara gidilebiliyor. Aynı zamanda Masoutis ve Lidl a çok yakın. Tesis çok temiz ve güzel bir bahçe içinde, çocuğu olanlar için bahçede vakit geçirme imkanı var. Mutfak küçük olsa da her şey düşünülmüş. İşletmeci Nona Türkçe konuşuyor. Bir çift kişilik yatak bulunan yatak odası, bir iki tek kişilik yatak bulunan yatak odası ve Amerikan mutfak salonu var. Her iki yatak odasında da klima olması ayrıca güzeldi. Hem oralar makinesi, hem filtre kahve makinası olması da ayrıca mutlu etti.
Genel olarak peki beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı. Sadece çamaşır makinesinde bir gariplik vardı, çamaşırları 30 derece de yıkasak bile aşırı sıcak çıktılar makineden. Çocuğu olanlar için çamaşır makinesi önemli bir detay
