We liked that we could experience the athmosphere of old town Nikiti in an authentic stone house with a beautiful garden and at the same time have all the necessary amenities. We thank the host who were very kind and honourable!

Perfect vacation

Excellent little house, cosy and apsolutely clean, well equipped with every single thing you can possibly need during the stay. Nice yard in front, private with sitting area and huge umbrella, well done. The owners are wonderful, warm and gentle, easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We liked the atmosphere of this old but nice renovated house, in a traditional style, we liked the garden with many flowers and trees, the cats and the birds from the yard and neighborhood, but above all we were overwhelmed by the kindness and attention with which we were treated by our hosts Vivi and Nikos.

Exceptional

Petra House is absolutely fantastic! It is a fully refurbished traditional old house located in the quiet area of the Old Town of Nikiti. It is furnished with love and attention to detail and it has it all – spirit, style and comfort. It is close enough to shops, bakeries and taverns and there is a private parking place provided. The beach is within walking distance yet it is some 10 minutes away which you may bear in mind if you plan going to the local beach in Nikiti. This is not an issue for people like us who prefer to explore the other beautiful beaches in Sithonia. The kitchen of Petra House is very well equipped and as a whole the in-house facilities include everything you may need. There are mosquito nets on each and every window and door in the house and air-conditioning is available in the bedroom. The accommodation features a garden with a cozy sitting area (and a barbecue) to create a relaxing atmosphere and give you the feeling of being at home. It is spotlessly clean and cleaning as well as change of bed linen are provided too. We totally recommend Petra House and will be more than happy to stay there again! THANK YOU VIVI AND NIKOS FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY, PERSONAL ATTITUDE AND CARE!

Μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι πραγματικα απο ολα!!! Εξαιρετικό σπιτι πεντακαθαρο πανεμορφο πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο της Ανω Νικητης! Οι ιδιοκτήτες, μας κερδισαν απο την πρωτη στιγμη με την φιλοξενία τους! Βασικο το οτι ειναι pet friendly!!!! Ηδη αποφασίσαμε να ξαναπαμε του χρονου! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!! Ευχαριστούμε για ολα❤️🙏🏻
