Great host and location, but misleading apartment photos, poorly equipped

Very nice and noisy appartment close to the see

First of all I would give 11 out of 10 for the host, warm welcome and responsive for all questions. The location is perfect, 1 min from the beach and walking street. The apartment was cozy and sweet. I would consider coming here again it was a great value for the money.

Older people and people with small children should take in consideration the fact that there are some steep stairs before the front door and even more of the problem can be the circular stairs that lead to the bedroom, does not look safe especially walking them at night. My only dislike is the fact that there is zero to none noice isolation between apartments. Yes I say apartments because although this sells as a house it is part of a house with 4 separate entries and it can qualify as an apartment as well. You will hear everything in the other apartments, it will be like you are on vacation with the other families. You'll hear them opening and closing doors, going to toilets, coming up and down the circular metal stairs and if their kids are playing it will feel like they are in your room. So if you are in luck to have noisy neighbours better join their party because you will not sleep or rest for sure

Very nice place for a family stay

Very nice location. The property is clean and spacious enough for a family with one or two kids.

The house that we stayed in had stairs to the front door. That is really the minor issue and for someone probably not even an issue.

Nice apartament near the beach

It was very close to beach and supermarkts, restaurants. It was clean, had air conditioner and all we need.

Upstairs the air conditioner didnot reach the upper floor, at the bedroom.

The villa is located in one of the best spots in Nikiti. Comfortable, clean and very well equipped, ideal for family holidays with children. the sea is within breathing distance and the hostess was always by your side with kindness and a smile. very good internet connection

Amazing house amazing host.

Everything looks nice , fresh and clean. it is located on the second floor of the building with private entrance and a yard full of trees and quite.The privet parking is very useful.From my balcony you cloud see the sea that is one 50 metres distance.I must say many thanks to Maria that take care all our needs and help us about a serious problem with had with the car. Good value for money, fully recommended.

Top location, professional host.

There are three houses on the second floor of a building, with balcony private entrance and yard and private parking. The house is very confutable with a lot of light , spacious and very well equipped . The bedroom on the second floor is huge with good mattress. The location is top..less that one minute of the beach in very quite road and very close to the center of Nikiti. The host Maria is a professional and make our short stay unforgettable.

Зазначене розташування не відповідає дійсності, це не берегова лінія. Апартаменти в поганому стані. Ванна кімната просто жахлива, потребує термінового ремонту. Ліжко не зручне, на другому поверсі душно. З пральної машини сиплеться бруд та іржа

Neodporúčam

Jediná vec ktorá sa nám páčila bola lokalita.

Nepáčilo sa nám to že sme si zabukovali dve osobitné spálne a dostali sme iba jednu spálnu kde sme museli celú dovolenku spať s detskami na jednej izbe. Dalšia vec bola že sme si bukovali apartmán na pláži a boli sme asi 200m od pláže ale že absolutne vôbec nie na pláži. Pozerali sme aj hodnotenia a všade samá spokojnosť no neviem kto to hodnotí ale niesom si istý že sú to ľudia ktorý tam boli ubytovaný!!! Cena za 8nocí bola brutálne vysoká na to čo sme dostali!!! Pokazená práčka ktorú som reklamoval technik prišiel a opravil no ale tak opravil že aj tak nefungovala😏. Voda išla cicerkom aj v sprche. Neviem či sme mali niekedy niečo horšie prenajaté. Majiteľka je inak veľmi milá osoba iba že nám ani neukázala celý apartmán. Klimatizácia bola len jedna a hore v izbe kde sme spali bolo horko jak v pekle.Bukovali sme to bez možnosti vrátenia penazí. Takže smola pre nás ale možno po tomto hodnotení nie pre každého.

Ne bih se vratila u ovaj apartman ni za duplo nižu cenu.

Odlična lokacija,klima odlično radi,wi-fi perfektan,dovoljno prostora za 4 osobe kao što je apartman i namenjen.

Kada smo ušli apartman je bio prljav,tuđa kosa po podu,kupatilo sam ribala pre korišćenja,veš mašina ne radi,rernu nismo mogli da otvorimo tako da nismo mogli ni da je koristimo,frižider prljav,kafe aparat da ti se gadi da ga pogledas a ne da ga koristiš,pisalo je da ima sef-nije ga bilo nigde.

Беше мръсно и пълно с косми, банята беше в окаяно състояние. Нямаше легла за всички което ни изненада страшно неприятно. Наложи се да спя на дивана който не се разтягаше.
