We liked the location, which is very peaceful, and the apartment was well equiped with the household appliances. You are in the shade because of the big tree, but it is very bright, and you have two big balconies, both equiped with hoses to wash the sand from the beach. It is also close to the super markets, so you have everything you need. Internet is also very good. Maria, the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Narrow staircase that goes to the gallery is not kids friendly, and not very safe in general. The biggest problem is that the bedroom is upstairs, and AC can only reach downstairs. So even at full force, you'll get 18°C down and still 30°C where you need to sleep. There is a fan, and a roof window, but they don't help. Utensils and plates were not cleaned properly, we need to wash everything. There is also only one closet for your clothes, which is not big enough for more than 2 people for 10 days. Water pressuere is a huge issue, especially in peak hours, when you get little to no pressure, and the Nikiti Beach does not have showers. The parking spots are a nightmare. You have your dedicated spot, but they are tight, and you are usually so close to the next one that you end up scratching your car when you try to get in, or you block the driver's door i order to have enough space to enter/exit. This created a lot of issues with other users. Poorly designed - 4 spaces instead of 3. Also it is i the first floor, and also has narrow staircase, so it is a problem to get big bags up and down. For 240 eur per night, you'd expect more.

Odlična lokacija,klima odlično radi,wi-fi perfektan,dovoljno prostora za 4 osobe kao što je apartman i namenjen.

Kada smo ušli apartman je bio prljav,tuđa kosa po podu,kupatilo sam ribala pre korišćenja,veš mašina ne radi,rernu nismo mogli da otvorimo tako da nismo mogli ni da je koristimo,frižider prljav,kafe aparat da ti se gadi da ga pogledas a ne da ga koristiš,pisalo je da ima sef-nije ga bilo nigde.
