The house and conditions are ok (there is air conditioning in all rooms with exception of 1, but it can be cooled down by the AC in the living room). Bathrooms are ok, still need some finishing after renovation. Basically, the whole house had been recently renovated. For Wi-Fi, ask the hosts, they are very helpful and will share it with you. There is a giant private parking lot belonging to the house, where you can park your car in a safe spot. BBQ is also available, you can ask the hosts to provide it to you.

Please, bare in mind that a cot for small children is not yet available, but there is plenty of space to fit them to sleep. The door of the small bathroom was recently painted and the paint needed curing, which produced a strong smell, but it should be done by now. Not many kitchen utensils are provided - make sure to get some if you need them.
