Great value for money
Great host, good A/C, decently equipped kitchen and amazing balcony with a view! Lots of parking space, barbecue available to all guests in the garden. One shower, two baths, but they were both very clean. On the street below there is a huge market once every week which was very fun to explore.

Un soggiorno comodo e spazioso anche se non vicinissimo alla spiaggia.
Le dimensioni e l'equipaggiamento della casa sono state molto apprezzate. Il posteggio comodo e il tavolo con sedie in terrazza molto confortevoli. I consigli e le premure dell'host ci hanno aiutati a vivere un'esperienza calda e piacevole. Le richieste avanzate tutte prontamente soddisfatte! Grazie!
I gattini che tentavano di entrare in casa ogni volta che si apriva la porta, ci hanno un pò infastidito.

soggiorno consigliato, spiagge market taverne tutto vicino, ottimo luogo per spostarsi
appartamento comodo e spazioso, posizionato in una palazzina, accesso indipendente. ubicato al 1 piano con una modesta scala di accesso. Ambiente fresco per le finestre posizionate in vari punti della casa. cucina con frigo alto, macchina per il caffe, piastra elettrica per toast, cucina piano ad indiuzione, n° 2 condizionatori. Piccolo terrazzino dove pranzare e cenare la sera al'fresco.
Va rivisto il sistema fognario, il bagno presenza di odori nauseabondi dalla griglietta presente sul pavimento. Da tecnico posso suggerire a Stratos di far eseguire una corretta sifonatura degli scarichi, in alternativa chiudere proprio la griglietta sul pavimento, perche l'odore è molto fastidioso. Il proprietario ha provveduto a posizionare un tappo in gomma sulla griglia ma non appena si spostava si sentiva puzza.

Zdravo , imali smo najveći apartman (3 sobe + dnevna,sa 2 WC-a) , Apartman je opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno(Kuhinja je ful opremljena),ima Veš-mašina, Internet koji funkcioniše savršeno,2 ogromne terase od kojih je jedna sa pogledom na more! Uživo je čak sve lepše nego na slikama ! Apartman je bio jako čist !!! Do njihovog grčkog marketa ima nekih 3 Min. Autom u blizini je i Lidl na 5-6 Min. autom , ima i pekara na istoj udaljenosti. Do šetališta u Nikitiju ima nekih 10-15 Min. peške, gde se nalazi i gradska plaža. U blizini (2 min. peške) ima i mali parkic za decu (sa ljuljaskama,toboganima itd.). Parking je ispred same kuće i možete videti auto sa terase. Kuća je pod video nadzorom , tako da smo se mi osećali bezbedno ! Gazda je jako prijatna i pristupačna osoba i daće vam sve informacije koje su vam potrebne !
