Beautiful apartment plenty of space for 4.

Beautiful apartment, owner lives downstairs and is super helpful. Apartment was cleaned after 3 days which was amazing. Comfortable beds, good wifi, smart tv. Parked right outside. There's a little supermarket down the hill to right, lovely local restaurants round the corner. 3 big supermarkets very close too. Nikiti beach is long, with cafes and pedalos etc. Water is beautiful!

So, the only problem in August is there is a lot of traffic on the main road between the old part of town and the beach side. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach, not ideal when its super hot, and it was barely quicker by car. However, there are lots of places to park near the beach, we never had a problem finding a space. In the evening we either walked to the beach side when it was cooler or stayed on the old town side which has restaurants 3 min walk away. It's definitely quieter with a gorgeous view on that side but you can't pop back to the flat from the beach when you want.

Even bigger and more stylish than in the pictures. third floor of a house but you don't realize there are other people there. with all the amenities and lots of storage space. Great big terrace!

although the bathroom was cute and retro, the only inconvenience was the lack of a shower hanger

Pinehouse has amazing view and great location in the old town of Nikiti. It is very cozy, clean, and quiet place, just perfect for a really nice vacation. The owner is very friendly and kind.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή, σίγουρα θα έμενα πάλι εκεί!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και πέρα από τη θέα που προσέφερε, είχε πολύ κοντά καφέ και φούρνο για πρωινό. Επίσης το σημαντικότερο ήταν ότι γλυτωνές την κίνηση της Νικητής και μπορούσες από εσωτερικό δρόμο να προσεγγίσεις το κατάλυμα. Η Αλεξάνδρα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική! Το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι ήταν το μεγαλύτερο plus!

Ενδεχομένως μόνο το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να ανεβάσεις τις βαλίτσες αρκετά σκαλιά και η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο ήταν χαμηλή.

Echt gut vielleicht könnte das Apartment eine begehbare Dusche vertragen?

Familiäre gute Anbindung an die Mitbewohner! Von der Terrasse ein Mega Ausblick auf Cassandra über die Stadt Niki hinweg aufs Meer. Wer abends ein Glas Wein trinken will, könnte von dieser Terrasse ins Bett trocken vor weinen Seligkeit

In der Nachbarschaft war ein angebundene Hund der Nacht wegen jedem pups gebettelt hat. Der Pfarr oder ab und zu mal rief, war eher romantisch. Mit geschlossenem Fenster bei Klimaanlage ist der Hund nicht mehr erwähnenswert.
