Nice, but overpriced for the quality of comfort and sleep. Overall a clean house.

I like the area that was quite. I liked the owner living next to the apartment and their availability to answer our questions.

What I do not like and for this I am very sorry to rate lower this house is the sofa for my boys. When I rented the apartment from Booking I choose 4 adults so minimum for that not cheap price you need to have decent beds which means your head and your legs should be inside the bed. My boys had to sleep together in a sofa bed (not even single beds) for a week and their feet from knees and down where out in the air. Please Booking owners in a well invested apartment, make sure that adult people sleep in the adults bed not in a sofa for babies. Thanks

Exceptional apartment, location to so many places, beaches and activity

The apartment was exceptional, very clean. Great facilities, all that you need. Apartment is so convenient for many things Nikiti, Nikiti old town. So many beautiful beaches 10, 15, 20 min drive away, as well as Nikiti beach in a short walk away. Supermarket, bakeries close by too. We will return. Thank you.

Really nice place

The apartment we stayed in is 10 -12 minutes walking from the center of Nikiti . The closest supermarket in 1 minute walking .The room was very spacious and fully equipped including a nescafe machine. Maria and her father are very nice and always there to help if anything is needed. The property has a beautiful garden.

-Apartment is near the grocery shop, bakery, fish shop and coffee shop. - Our apartment had everything we needed and utensils were clean and brand new. - They even put toothbrush and slippers. - Hospitality was very good. - Hot shower and internet was usually good. - Netflix option on tv. - Ac was working very good. - Outside of the apartment was neat and tidy.

- It could be better if shower had shower head holder on the wall. - There was not enough place to put clothes on the garderobe( mostly space to hang). - But besides that everything was really good! It exceeded my expectations😊

Very well equipped apartment with great hosts

The yard is super nice with grass, the hosts were great, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything needed - we had iron, hairdryer, cleaning tools, extra towels and extra bed sheets, baby cot and children chair, kitchen equipment - even flappe maker, fridge with freezer camera. The interior is new and it was very clean. We had hot water consistently all the time, which is usually a challenge for the area. There are air conditionings in both rooms. The hosts were available all the time, in place and via phone. We definitely recommend the place, especially for families with children!

The only recommendation is that the shower doesn't have a head holder, which is very inconvenient, but this can be easily fixed.

We loved the apartment, everything is new and very clean, it is well equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, next to a big supermarket and a pastry/cofee shop. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is a very good deal for visiting Sithonia's wonderfull beaches. We hope to visit Stelios and family again. Great hosts, thank you!

The property is located in a quiet area, very close to the Nikiti beach and restaurants. In front of the property there is a big market. Each apartment has a parking place. We had only 1-2 minutes by foot until coffee and sandwiches places(Bakery Gabanas on the left and Fayaz on the right). The apartment was very nice, comfortable, very clean and well equiped(ACs, hair dryer, clothes dryer outside, towels, tv, fridge, glasses, plates and all you need in a kitchen. Our host was a cheerful person and he looked very happy each time we saw it. All of these made our stay in Siblings apartments perfect.

4 nights stay during the pandemic

We really enjoyed our stay, although we had some difficulties coming due to the Covid and the hosts(who were very nice and friendly people) were not very flexible with the schedule, with a lot of discussions, tests and etc we managed to work it out. The room was nice and clean but for the 4 nights, nobody came to change the towels. We enjoyed our stay after all and would go back :)

Perfect place for families

Owners are great people. They make you feel like you are in your own house. It is also a perfect choice for families with kids. Location is perfect. There is a market and a bakery next to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. Special thanks to Soula and his husband:)

Η τοποθεσία του… ήσυχα και όλα δίπλα μας. Σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πρόσχαροι, ευγενικοί και με το χαμόγελο! Το δωμάτιο προσεγμένο και όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεσαι.

Από την στιγμή που πας για διακοπές στη θάλασσα θα έπρεπε το διαμέρισμα να είχε παρά μέρα καθαριότητα και όχι ανά 4 μέρες! Πολύ μεγάλο μείον αυτό… πας να ξεκουραστείς και όχι να καθαρίζεις το πάτωμα γεμάτο άμμο.
