Quiet, cleanliness, hospitality

We had a wonderful time at Aella Apartments. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, cleaning is done daily, and the bedding and towels were changed every two days. The apartment is located at 5-7 minute walk from the seafront. Communication with the owner was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Excelent

We had a pleasant stay at this seaside location. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals. However, there are a few less comfortable aspects: footsteps can be heard when someone uses the stairs in the neighboring room, and the pillows were not very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, it’s a good accommodation, especially for those who value generous space and the option to cook, with just a few details that could be improved.

A clean, comfortable, well-located apartment

Excellent apartments for your trip to Nikiti! The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊

Perfect stay.

We were travelling for first time with our dog and the host was very nice to accept it. We took the apartment on the ground floor so we can have access to a small garden where we can play. The place is big enough and has fully equipped kitchen. Each room has high quality ACs which were keeping the room temperature nice even in the hottest nights.

It was just like on the pictures. The apartment was really clean. The Nikitibeach is just a 5 min. walk away. The host is really nice and helped us whenever we needed something. She also sent us a link to a guide she made with many good suggestions for restaurants and things to do on Sithonia. We were really happy with our stay and can recommend aella apartments.

Good base to explore the peninsula

It's a nice modern apartment with a good sized kitchen, spacious, full fridge. Parking is easy in front of the property. You can reach the port and all the restaurants on foot in like ten minutes. The host Sofia was very sweet and helpful. You have a balcony with outdoor furniture. Nikiti is a good base to explore sithonia.

Everything was perfect- the locations, the comfort of the apartment, the facilities. Double bed was excellent, the bathroom was nice. We liked the balcony, it was big than we expected.

Alexandra was amazing and very kind! The place is absolutely amazing, super clean, super comfortable, great terrace and both quiet and not too far from beaches and restaurants. We had our dog with us and Alexandra had no problems with that whatsoever. We are coming back next year for sure!

Everything was perfect! It was very clean, there was everything we need, the furnishing was modern and beautiful. The location is very good - near to the beach and restaurants. The girls were very kind and helpful! We fully enjoyed our stay! We were with a dog and she was happy to be their guest! 😉🤗

Modern design, rare attention to detail, extra clean (felt brand new), well equipped, 2 AC units. Innovative interior design, a large balcony, and maximum natural light efficiency.

We stayed at the apartment with the garden which is very nice and well organized, everything new, very clean, modern design, quality furniture, has a positive vibe and is in a quiet area. It is very close to Nikiti beach 10-15 min by foot and many taverns / bars. The host Alexandra is very kind, she answered promptly every time to the questions we had, note 10 for Alexandra and Aella Apartments. We will definitely be back next year with pleasure.

Very clean place

Very clean place, well equiped with all you need during your stay. The apartment has two floors and a big and nice balcony. During from the property to main restaurants and beaches is around 12 minutes walking.

The sofa when is open takes a lot of the space from living room (so if you are 4 it will be a little crowded)

Klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber!! Das haben wir selten so erlebt. Lina die gute Seele war auch immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich! Die Entfernung zu Fuß zum Strand/Supermarkt beträgt ca 10-15min. War auch kein Problem! Also gut gelegenes sauberes und ruhiges Apartement! Nikiti ansich ist sehr touristisch aber das wussten wir vorher,weiter hinten am Südlichen Strand ist es etwas ruhiger.

Fantastica vacanza nella penisola Calcidica

Struttura bella, di recente costruzione, con tutti i confort. Sufficientemente grande per quattro persone in vacanza. Con un comodo terrazzo, ed una cucina attrezzata. Le signore che la gestiscono sono molto gentili ed efficienti, ci sono anche venute in contro a piccole richieste che avevamo fatto. Lasciano regalini molto apprezzati e mettono a disposizione ombrelloni, lettini ed una lavatrice per tutte sei gli appartamenti. Ottima anche la posizione, vicinissimo a tutto ma lontano caos. I ristoranti r le vie centrali si raggiungono a piedi in 5 minuti.

Nulla, tutto ottimo, peccato non ci sia la piscina utile nelle giornate ventose o nuvolose.
