These are the things we liked: The check-in/check-out process. The representatives from the property managing company were helpful and acomodating - although my roaming did not work properly, we were able to exchanged messages and the check in and check out process was flawless. through booking 's messaging system They provided 2 sets of keys which was fine. The Location is great - it is walking distance to Nikiti beach or Kukunari Beach Club. Parking- The property has dedicated parking space for 2 cars. Rooms -There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor and living/dining room and kitchen space on first floor. Bathrooms and the hot water- There are 2 full bathrooms - one on main and another on second floor You need to turn on the water and wait 15-20 minutes to have hot water. If there are more people who want to take shower, you need to turn on the water heater again - but after 15 min you have more hot water. We were 4 people and managed to have shower within 1-1.5 hours - which was reasonable.

The facilities that need improvement: The TV in the Living room showed picture in blue tint. Some of the internal doors and windows , as well the front door needed to be locked in order to be kept closed. The window at the entrance and the door to the backyard could not be locked with their own mechanisms, however there are external metal shutters that can be locked. Although there is A/C in each of the 3 bedrooms on second floor, there is no A/C in the Living room on the 1st floor, however after the A/Cs on second floor work for awhile( e.g. 1hour or longer , that cools down living room on 1st floor as well as well.

Zona liniștită, locația aproape de plaje, curățenie excelentă. Tot ce ai nevoie găsești la locație.
