Overall such a comfortable stay, feel rested and refreshed

A second comfy chair, and a second upright chair so you can sit together to eat, or to watch tv and chat would greatly improve the experience. The fridge is too small to be useful. Not able to fit a 500ml bottle if water in.

Perfect location and hospitable friendly hostess. Excellent facilities.

Excellent breakfasts brought to us each morning by our host as she arranged with us the day before. The location was ideal for us as our families were staying nearby ( less than 2miles away) for one of our daughter's birthday.

A great place to chill out

The setting was lovely and peaceful and the hostess was amazing - nothing was too much, including being able to adapt to a health problem. Breakfasts were just right and the bed was amazing! It was great to have a small fridge in the Garage in the hot weather. The bathroom was small but the shower was lovely and soothing after a long day.

Nothing, really - although if I were being picky a bottle opener would have been handy.

Welcoming and peaceful

The host gave clear directions for arriving at the location, and was very friendly and helpful, including providing fresh milk. The accommodation was lovely, as in the photos and the continental breakfast was a great start to the day. It is better than a usual B&B, with a larger room, a small fridge, and an outdoor seating area, where I ate breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the location was peaceful. Parking is next to the accommodation and is off road and safe. Banbury is a great town to visit. I would certainly like to stay there again. Thank you.

Excellent property with warm and helpful host .

The breakfast was excellent, similar to that we have st home. Enjoyed in the garden with sun shining and only sound of birds.

Possibly second comfortable chair but it was a brilliant set up for us visiting family locally. We will hope to use again in the future.

Lovely accommodation, beautiful setting.

Belinda was a very welcoming and fantastic host. The accommodation is clean, airy and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and in the boiling hot weather the ceiling windows were great for keeping the room cool. The breakfast was delicious and so lovely to eat outside in the garden area. Surroundings were very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Great to have parking right next to the accommodation. Easy access to tourist attractions like Silverstone and Bicester Village.

Loved it

Belinda, a very welcoming host who provides a wonderful continental style breakfast each morning with fresh coffee to start your day. Location is extremely pretty, peaceful and the property is ideal for a few days away or could certainly be used as a base if exploring the area for longer. Spotlessly clean with a large comfortable bed to aid a good nights sleep. Perfect in every way.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful village in rolling countryside.

Set in a beautiful village, unfortunately without a pub, but plenty in nearby villages. The garage is set in the garden of a house, and it’s very quiet. Superb super sized bed with lovely bed linen. Very airy and light property. The instructions to get there were easy to follow. Belinda was a lovely, friendly host.

There was only an overheard (waterfall) shower with no handset. Great to wash hair, not so easy if you don’t want to wash your hair every day! There was one arm chair, and one desk type chair, and extra armchair would have been good.

Very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were excellent. The decor was fresh and inviting. The host was very friendly and polite and she made us feel comfortable during her stay. Breakfast was included and of a very high standard. we would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Beautiful little place which is in a great location for exploring, whilst offering peace and quiet. Belinda was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She provided a beautiful continental breakfast too, delivered to the door in the morning. Absolutely delicious! It has a huge and very comfortable bed, which offers a lovely night's sleep. I can't fault The Garage at all and I would love to return again and again.

Perfect couples quiet getaway.

Everything was wonderful, the place was clean and well presented. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly, they made us feel entirely welcome. The location was beautiful and quiet, and we visited a pub recommended by the hosts, which was very yummy with huge portions. All in all, I was a wonderful weekend getaway and would highly recommend!

My only constructive feedback would be to perhaps provide an options form for breakfast prior to visit. Not that we didn't enjoy breakfast because we both thought it was lovely and enjoyed it very much, its only incase someone has allergies or something. But honestly, overall we loved it!

Incredible, gorgeous and felt like home

The whole experience of staying at the garage was incredible. Our host Belinda, was very welcoming, incredibly kind and she was always available for anything you may need. The bed is the comfiest thing I've ever slept on and the village that the garage was situated was so relaxed and peaceful. The whole chalet was very clean and beautifully decorated, and everything was available for what you may need for a break away, such as towels, hair driers, iron etc. The breakfast was also amazing, and it was nice to sit infront of the chalet and look at the gorgeous gardens. I highly reccomend anyone to stay here as you will certainly won't be dissapointed. And on a side note, Belindas dog Winston is incredibly cute, he likes cuddles and saying hello, so another bonus for you to book here.

Peaceful and pretty

The Garage is a beautiful accommodation in a very nice part of the country. The landlady is very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect and even more! Strongly recommend it for a peaceful trip to the countryside.

De mooie rustige omgeving.

Net curtain (vitrage) ontbrak, het was daardoor lastig om het licht aangenaam te temperen in de B&B. Ook meer voorzieningen om spullen kwijt te kunnen zou een verbetering zijn (eenvoudige planken oid, muurhaken, ed). Ontbijt was nogal sober ("continental").
