A relaxing place to spend a long weekend with family.

Quiet location. Clean and modern facilities. Welcome basket on arrival. Dog friendly. Private garden with lovely views over the fields. Pub just round the corner.

The garden gate would not close securely but I sorted that by placing a plant pot either side. A lovely quiet location apart from a local cockerel who chose to crow at 3:30 every morning!

We spent a relaxing few days in a cosy property, in a beautiful area.

The property had all the facilities needed for a short stay to visit the neighbouring area. Lovely view from the upstairs rooms. Easy parking, dog-friendly property with enclosed garden.

Cottage was tucked away in a quiet location, with open fields at the rear. The accomodation was spotless and well cared for, and with ample parking space. A very nice few days.

A lovely gem of a cottage

A very comfortable and welcoming cottage in a very quiet but beautiful village and perfectly located for all the places you would want to visit. Lovely uninterrupted views from the back garden with plenty of room to sit out and enjoy. Inside the cottage is very well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

Property was very well situated for our needs. Property was quite modern internally and cosy. It had everything we were looking for plus the welcoming basket of tea/coffee/milk/wine etc was very much appreciated

A smart TVs would have been good so we could access Netflix etc. But just a minor point as everything else was very good.

Couldn't have asked for better. The main purpose of our stay was to see Red Kites and we saw lots.

The cottage is situated in the lovely village of Syresham, near Brackly, Northamptonshire. The village is also close to the borders with Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. The cottage is well equipped, very private and the back garden looks over fields to woods in the near distance. Very peaceful, lots of walks and lots of Red Kites flying over. Got some great views of them. Plenty to do in the area and the village has a good pub and post office/grocery store. Locals very friendly and helpful. Due to the covid pandemic we were unable to meet the hosts but they were only a telephone call away. However, not needed as everything was great. My wife and I, were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and we had a great time. Would certainly consider visiting again if only for the Red Kites.

There was nothing that caused my wife and I any concerns or problems.
