Lovely atmosphere. Really Zen. Lovely decor.
Towel condition state and quick bedding sweep needed but they were clean - maybe just marked

The rooms and the bathroom were kept thoroughly clean
The kitchen is not fully functional, it is at discretional use of the landlord. The landlord is not leaving the house and the rooms have no locker.

The location was good and quiet.
The host was was very accommodating and welcoming.
Tea and coffee facilities were great.
The parking has no drop kurb, vehicles have to be bounced up the kurb to access.
The Seal around the shower is disgusting and should be replaced ASAP
The property was overbooked for 1 of the nights that i stayed here, this meant the host slept downstairs on his sofa to accommodate more guests. Making bathroom facilities uncomfartable.
