Convenient and near the town and train station.
The room was very warm as on the top floor. The corridor and furniture on the stairs was very dusty.

The studio had everything needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible (including a firestick for the TV)
The bed was very comfortable
Tasteful pictures, furniture etc
Host very helpful when I arrived and had issues getting in
Decent value for money
At the front of the house so quite a lot of noise (window open because of the weather) hence my score being good rather than excellent.
The initial entry was over complicated (partly due to Booking.com not sending relevant information)
Kept hitting my foot/lower leg on the end of the bed due to lack of space getting past it

Everything you needed was there, couldnt want for more..good value for money and location was perfect.
There was large dust/ cobweb above the bed and the fan was covered in dust also.

It caters ideally for my requirements all self contained and self sufficient, clean tidy and very local to all amenities
