Perfect for Contractors & Families - Free Parking

This is a two-up, two-down row house, according to the neighbour built in 1888. The house looks good, and there is even a small grate (fireplace) in one room still visible. The facilities were fine; lots of pots and pans, no dishwasher but a washer, and two showers. The only eating space is in the kitchen, with a cute flip-up table and four folding chairs. And a small backyard as well.

There is far too much furniture for the space. One can barely move in the rooms. The coffee table presses against the two couches, leaving no room for legs or for moving toward the TV. If anyone is sitting at the table in the kitchen, another person can't reach the sink easily. Too much furniture doesn't mean lots of unpacking space - quite the contrary. A few shelves wouldn't go amiss- otherwise, one has to leave the case open on the floor. I can't imagine how five people could use the small space comfortably or without irritation. The advertised WiFi network was not visible for my devices; I am not sure it was on. And, most important, one towel per person and one fuzzy tea towel (the kind I use for hands in the kitchen, not dishes) is insufficient. It would just mean a bit more washing for the hosts to provide reserve towels, if only in one of the cupboards in the event of needing more. We ended up buying tea towels down the road!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Banbury. The facilities worked great and it was comfortable.
