The house is located in a quiet residential road, and not too far from Silverstone, (which was the purpose of our stay). Very conveniently located for a shopping trip to Bicester Village.

Unfortunately, the location was really the high point. There were cleanliness issues throughout the property - the microwave quite obviously had not even been checked, let alone cleaned, and a can of hairspray and a comb had been left in one kitchen cupboard. What looked like beard shavings round the basin in the family bathroom. The house has a small garden and patio area which were very unkempt and neglected, (as was the small area of garden and the drive at the front). The grass needed cutting and the patio needed clearing - especially of the bucket of cigarette butts. Though I guess the fact that none of the blinds would stay up on the conservatory windows meant that we didn't have to look at the garden!! The toilet seat in the ensuite bathroom was broken, (an easy thing to replace). The shower tray enclosure also needed attention - very shabby. A glass shelf above the basin in the downstairs toilet was coming away from the wall - potentially dangerous so either fix it or take it down. The duvet, pillows, bedding and towels are budget, and need replacing. The complimentary biscuits were four months out of date!! Oh, and the ceiling lights in the lounge and work area are ridiculously low! This property is definitely budget accommodation, and not at all worth the money we paid for our two night stay. Had it been priced accordingly then fair enough, our expectations would not have been so high. Also, it's not semi-detached listed, it's mid terrace. I have contacted the owner/manager several times. He commented that he would speak to his cleaning team, but that was the extent of his response to all the issues I listed. In fact he has ignored my last two messages completely. Not at all professional or helpful.

Lovely comfortable house in a quiet residential area

The house was perfect for what we needed - a nice, comfortable house suitable for families near to Bicester Heritage. Facilities were great as was the location, a couple of nice little parks nearby. Everything related to check-in was really clear and straightforward. We asked for early check-in which was granted, and made our weekend a lot easier.

The shower in the main bathroom isn't really usable. However it has a bath and there's a shower in the en-suite so it's a very minor issue.

Coincidently located between Oxford, Milton Keynes, and Birmingham. Bicester is a lovely town with everything you need.

The kitchen really wasn’t very clean & some of the utensils / cutlery hadn’t been washed properly. No washing up liquid or condiments . Kitchen was tired and Also, bathrooms tired and shower head and hot water tap broken. Bedrooms, lounge and dining room good but kitchen and bathroom bring rating down to fair.

Easy access to local amenities and Oxford. Beds comfortable. Kitchen fitted with all the necessities.

Good location with shops within 3 minute walk and train station about half an hour walk away

Sparsely furnished living area with the basics which was sufficient for a couple of days. Toilet cisterns slow to refill after use. With 6 of us staying in the property the toilet cistern in the bathroom had to be manually refilled to allow flushing.
