It was perfect, thank you

We stayed for one night to attend a wedding locally. We didn’t know details of timing to leave the wedding and checking in but Karen and Dana were really kind and patient. Also providing details of a local taxi. The property was perfect, really cosy and beautifully prepared. We loved the details of providing local eggs, bread and milk to set us off on our journey home, much needed, thank you.

Exactly what we wanted.

Location chosen and was perfect. As we were only a few minutes from where we were visiting. The get you in pack was great. Get in get settled tea and biscuits and relax.

Nice modern barn conversion

Nice room. Good location. Nice touch to leave eggs, milk and bread. Loved the peacocks and the ducks running around.

Perfect as a base if you are visiting the Brackley area.

Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area. We would stay again. Karen was very friendly and communicative. The studio was spotless - bed was really big. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely basket of bread, eggs, butter and jams which we used for breakfast. We had ducks just outside and we saw a hare a few times too.

Nothing really - maybe a teapot as we are traditional tea drinkers.

Stayed 2 nights whilst attending a family party and was a great location

Rural location, views across the valley from the front of the property with a lovely sunset. A warm welcome from Karen on arrival and a friendly conversation from her husband who asked if we had enough to drink. He also gave us bird food for the friendly ducks and peacocks.

Good location for a wedding in Brackley . Clear instructions and easy to get keys on arrival. Breakfast bits and pieces were lovely.

Bathroom door slides but doesn’t close fully or lock. Not a deal breaker but prefer a standard door that shuts and locks.

Beautiful accommodation.

The property was superb, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with every little thing thought of. Small but perfect kitchenette with everything we needed and lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and bread, butter and jam for breakfast. Location is very good and it was easy to find. Host was very friendly and the dogs and ducks were great.

My favourite stay to date

Where do I start?! Fantastic location and setting, easy to get to and ideal if going to Silverstone etc. Parking easy and secure, with peacocks and ducks and all the wildlife you can expect. Accommodation was very comfortable, high ceilings gave a real sense of space, bed very comfortable, shower fantastic and warm. Enough equipment to see you for weeks and a bit for breakfast too. But then there's the host... Karen wasn't there on time of arriving but partner and friends were, and greated me with a cold beer and ended up on the bench drinking a pint of gin and posecco mixed. I was so bloody welcomed I felt like I just spent an evening with old friends and after a really difficult week, the way they made me feel is worth double the fee and some! I could be wrong but I doubt this is a daily welcome but for all the other reasons above I whole heartedly thank them and recommend. I will also recommend looking and going direct as there maybe financial benefits 😉 Thank you Mark, Andy, Sean and suffering Karen for a moment I really needed. Dave with the stag beetle

Had a great stay, good location, easy to find and self contained apartment had everything you could need. Breakfast items and milk in fridge was great and unexpected. I liked the useful details of walks and things to do in the area.

Great place to stay and excellent value

From booking to arrival, this was a great experience. The host was excellent and provided great comms and info. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean comfortable and even had an arrival package of fresh eggs, bread jams, milk, water and tea/coffee etc. Fantastic location for the motor racing and if you enjoy the sight of peacocks, you can’t go wrong. Excellent value and would definitely recommend.

Perfect location if you love animals.

We liked the setting and how clean and spacious the room was. They also provided breakfast supplies to for the morning. The staff were wonderful and showed us all the animals they had on site and let us engage with them

Perfect location and easy to get to. Town Close by and Silverstone Race Circuit just down the road. Facilities were outstanding, welcome basket, clean, tidy, everything you would need. Will 100% use again.

Gorgeous views- a relaxing one night stay

Gorgeous location, stunning views and very comfortable. Provided with fresh eggs and bread which made for the perfect breakfast upon waking.

Fridge freezer was leaking onto the floor and continued to do so for the duration of my stay (although host did attempt to rectify). Was fine for a one night stay but would not have been best pleased if I was there longer.

Great value. A short but expensive taxi ride to nearest town. On the plus side the Chilli & Pepper indian restaurant in town is excellent. Karen our host was welcoming. Will stay nest time we go to Silverstone..
