Lovely room, secure location, well located

Far too much communication about leaving, felt quite unwelcome by the final email with leaving instructions, left early just to be sure there were no more emails. Also not sure why the deposit amount is £300+ or a forced damage waiver, it’s a nice room but don’t think it requires that amount of deposit. Also not sure about the choice between waiver and deposit ‘threat’ that deposits take much longer to be refunded so easier to pay the extra waiver fee, why not just add the waiver to the booking amount? Be aware that bookings are not confirmed until either the waiver or deposit has been agreed

The location was great , being a car and plane enthusiast it was a fantastic site with great security felt very safe that my van was secure The room was very peaceful and the curtains thick and stopped any light and noise the shower was great coffee was nice Bed was very comfortable Room was warm Also learned about some of the history about the building and site

Larger tv possibly with freevew ( if it did I didn’t find it ) Key directions said room at the back of the building ,I would have said it was on the end ( back I would have thought was opposite side to the road ) I have photos of the dirty cushions but not going to put them on this review as I wouldn’t want to put people off as it’s a great place that others should experience!! I didn’t see any information that the fob on the keys worked the gate ( but it did to the suppriscy of the security guard) Toilet seat needs fixing and the cushions on the bed where dirty

The price was ridiculous for what was on offer. No breakfast, one bottle of water to last for two days, no cleaning on second day. No facilities to store luggage after being thrown out at 11am. Unable to gain access until 4pm.
