The location is great! Nice, quiet area, parking in front of the flat, and 5 minute walk to bus stop that takes you right into Oxford.
The place is perfect for a couple or a family with small children
I did not give it a 10 because there was no freezer and one of the reading lamps had no socket to plug into. This may be irrelevant to others, but I like reading before going to sleep.
The bed was acceptable, but a bit too soft for me. But then again, I like very firm beds.
And we only had a bit of trouble turning on the telly, and I texted the number we were given, but we never heard back from them. We figured it out on our own, so it was ok. But would’ve been better service if they had responded.

Clean. Included almost everything we needed. Good location for buses into Oxford. Plenty of hot water. Good parking available. Good sized T.V. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.
Choice of pillows. All pillows were firm; could have provided softer pillows as well.
Bedside lamp not plugged in and couldn't be plugged in anywhere. Bedroom wall lights didn't appear to work.
No tea bags.
Possible evidence of damp/mould, e.g. in bathroom.
Ice box in fridge or separate small freezer would be useful.

Great location, very clean.
Mattress springs are going, bed is very bouncy and saggy.
Reclining sofa is broken on one side.
No washing up equipment provided - sponges or dishwasher tablets missing.
TV has no remote, only one for the satellite box.
