Close to Blenheim- main reason for visit. Shops in Woodstock nearby. Parking near to property.communication between host was good. Studio in their pretty back garden.
Access fine for able bodied. Bobby the dog friendly but might not be to everyone’s likes- might be an idea to mention. Needed adapter for iron and no ironing board. No hand soap In bathroom but other toiletries available. Dust pan and brush/ broom would also have been useful. Worked out which bin rubbish went in.

Phoenix & James were so accommodating, friendly & lovely. The studio had everything we needed & was perfect for our stay. The lodge has a washing machine, TV, shower, cooking facilities & WiFi. We were walking distance from Woodstock high street & there are a great assortment of eateries & pubs. We were also a short walk from Blenheim palace which was stunning!! Thank you both so much for a lovely stay!

The property was comfortable, clean, had great facilities and is in an excellent location. The hosts were friendly and helpful. All together this made for a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. Highly recommended.

Good location to access town of Woodstock and visit Blenheim palace. Quiet area. Compact but basic necessities (except hot water!)
Although the property states parking available on nearby street this is very limited. On arrival no running hot water available, when we eventually contacted the host advised awaiting on a part, however there was hot water in the shower! Not helpful for appropriate handwashing kitchen etc.Bed was a trundle bed and mattresses only about 3inches deep so not comfortable, bedding not pressed and towels rough
