Great location for exploring villages such as Burford, Stow on the wold and bourton on the water. Just a few minutes drive to The Farmers Dog. Quiet and private with great facilities in a small space.
Bed is a small double which is a little of a squeeze but great facilities. Lovely clean ensuite, tea and coffee with milk from the milkman. Cosy outside space with lights for the evening

Could be more flexible regarding a check in time. I think 4pm is too late. Fire exit door at the rear couldn’t be opened so not ideal if an emergency. Bathroom and towels had a damp smell but were clean. Also tv couldn’t be used as simply wouldn’t play
