Beautiful location and lovely place to stay. Hosts very accomodating to a late arrival time, shared good information for easy arrival as it's very hidden away (I like that!). Very clear, well presented. I will be back!!

I liked everything about the property / accommodation, but have a few suggestions.

I felt a little unsafe in the shower as the spotlessly clean surface was a little slippery. A soap holder in the shower would have been a bonus, as well as a waste paper bin in bathroom or bedroom. None of this was essential, but would have been appreciated.

Lovely place to stay, this is our second visit and will most definitely be returning. The host is lovely and makes you feel extremely welcome. The property is extremely clean and has everything you need for a short break.

Excellent property - quiet, rural location. Attractive local towns/villages nearby. Good walks.

Directions were sent which were appreciated and very easy to follow in the dark. Good idea to have a torch to open the key safe. Attractive cottages. Quiet. Plenty of parking directly outside the cottage on the plot itself. Very good, spacious layout and good quality, easily accessible facilities. Easy access to main routes and attractive towns/villages...and attractive countryside. I will definitely be returning.

Information at the cottage asked for it to be cleaned before leaving....which I did as well as I could with dustpan and brush etc as I could not carry the hoover up the stairs (due to injured shoulder). I left a message to that effect. However, I found that a cleaning fee of £30 was included in the amount paid beforehand (which I had forgotten). So some confusion! Other than that I have no "negative" comments.

Wonderful quiet cosy cottage well equipped and just what we needed

This is a really nice cottage, well equipped in a quiet location. When we stayed it was very hot and the fan was most welcome as was the fact Paul had removed the duvet and just left the cover. ( he advised we could have it back if needed).

A little gem we were lucky to find!

We were attending the Silverstone Grand Prix and the cottage is in an excellent location for access (bit loathe to tell anyone that in case we decide to go again!). There are also lovely walks through the local fields and woods. The conversion has been well thought out and has everything you need for a staycation. Parking is safely off road. There is an outdoor seating area and we were blessed with good weather so used it everyday. Although no shops within walking distance as far as aware, Brackley and especially Sainsburys, is not far away. Besides Silverstone we did not venture very far so cannot comment on general area and other attractions. The neighbours (and dogs) on site made us feel very welcome

The price but then again I am Yorkshire Born n’ Bred!😂 It was a treat though so worth taking the plunge. Just one thing, there is a boiler in the bedroom area which was a bit annoying during the night when it decided to fire up for whatever reason.The cottage has 2 boilers, couldn’t work out why unless one was for adjacent cottage. And black out curtains or at least a blind in the bedroom would be great for summer stays when day length is so long.
