Location is perfect! people working there are kind.

The noise is awful if you try to rest on bedrooms close to the party venues, you could hear the all music and people. (I asked change the room) Beside my bedroom they got a tables full of dust The shower were flooded.

Instalations like the shower head were put together with electrical tape, and rusty. Inside the room was clean and nicely put together. Bad wifi.

Bathroom installations were not so good. WIFI almost none.

- well kept; rooms and public areas - functional electrical outlets in room and in public locations for charging devices - staff very helpful for requests regarding hotel and requests regarding nearby facilities (e.g., banks, restaurants, pharmacies, historical sites, etc.) - convenient location to historical sites

- restaurant not 100% accessible: main entrance to restaurant has a steep step up followed by a steep step down - room keys had to be reprogrammed several times during stay

No hubo agua caliente solo tibia el dia anteriro y al siguiente dia, ojala mejore, esperamos mucho se desperdicio mucho el agua y aun asi no salio caliente y con el frio no es confortable.

El desayuno muy bien , variado y suficiente, a buen precio y buen sazón, muy recomendable sin necesidad de salir del hotel

Poco atentos con la resolución de problemas

La habitación está muy básica, se indicó que nos alojaríamos 3 adultos y un menor, y solo colocaron dos toallas de baño. Nos indicaron que la tv solo agarraba dos canales, mismos que JAMÁS pudimos sintonizar y el personal que subió a verificar este problema nos trató de tontos y ellos tampoco lo pudieron hacer. No hubo un interés real de su parte por dar solución o intento por un cambio de habitación. El internet LENTISIMO y se desconectaba demasiado, su respuesta es que es "servicio de wifi básico" pero realmente no hay tal, es pésima la señal. Su única respuesta es que si requieres mejor calidad y velocidad de internet te bajes a lobby... Para larga estancia o fin de semana no lo recomiendo, más si tienen los dos problemas de conexión.

El mal olor de las habitaciones, me asignaron una habitación cuando hice check in, desde que entré se percibía un mal olor, abrí la ventana del balcón para ver ver si se iba, después de 30 minutos pedí mi cambio a otra habitación, me dieron otra en el mismo piso pero el olor era el mismo, un olor como a cañería
