Perfect location, wonderful hotel

Perfect location, wonderful for families and big groups. Each room has wonderful wall paintings and the staff was always very welcoming. We enjoyed having so many restaurants, shops, bank, and sightseeings Infront of the door. We will definitely come back.

It's Mexico - it's a lot louder than e.g. in Germany but it wasn't a problem for me and my family. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back.

For the Amazing Location not the pool or Rooms

Location is perfect on the main square, between the Cholula pirámide 11 minutes to entrance and the city Market Cosme del Razo 4min walk .... Super friendly staff, good price, reasonably clean ... Good wifi in lobby, comfortable Bed , good recent towels . An Area of the Hotel is under construction/renovation.

Notice I wrote about the location before anything else.... I repeat all the Staff I was in Contact were great and Helpful... I refused the first 2 rooms shown to me( I am not picky I travel alone no girl to impress) no ventilation in rooms first 2 had only outside window in Bathroom which the said rooms smelled of bathrooms! .. rooms and furniture are rundown.. pool is in ... Do not rent here because of the Pool ... I am sorry this is not a good review. Really not sure if I would return here .. again sorry to the staff which were great.

Traditional building with a modern twist and quality. Super staff, Clara chambermaid was superb to us, best stay we had in Puebla

Central location

Great central location with lovey courtyard with swimming pool and decks

No place to refill water battle and extremely cold at night - but no proper covers are provided just think sheets. I had hot water in the bathroom but my friends from a room upstairs didn't.

It was OK, but could have been better.

The hotel was in a centric location in Cholula, which is a suburb just near the city of Puebla. The staff was kind with good service attitude.

Some of the things in the room didn't work well. We had to repeatedly ask for a TV control, and the hotel's WiFi signal wasn't available from my room.

Overall disappointing

Location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were alright, light, modern and clean.

Wifi worked only for a couple of hours during our stay, when it worked it was very slow. The ceiling fan was broken in one room and staff did not offer a floor fan instead. We asked reception for the remote control and they said they would bring it up but never did. The restaurant food looked very nice in the menu, but was much simpler and less attractive when order (for example "waffles frutales con frutos rojos" without any fruit)

The location was good, it was in the Centro.

Well the bathrooms were very small, The water usted get stock every time we took a shower. The beds were very hard... and the doors were kind of insecure. I can't tell you about any other services, because I only used the things I mentioned.

Good

Staff at the front desk was super helpful and very nice. I asked for fruit, bread and coffee. The coffee had no coffee in it, bland as tuna sandwiches in a hospital. Location is convenient, I slept warm and comfortable and room was clean. I would recommend.

Book elsewhere, not good

I like the area where this hotel is located

Parking is not included and it's limited. Rooms are cold and don't have heating. Shower was cold at night and morning, when I called staff they did not believe I had no hot water running, deleyad my plans for about 1 hour and half only to find out there was a problem with the water heater. At check out I asked to see the manager and got denied and then I was expecting for a simple apology for the bad service, the receptionist even DENIED for an apology even when I asked asked for saying "it's what it is". These people who manages this property don't know how to run a successful hotel and certainly do not pass this to their employees.

We loved it!

The breakfast was yummy. Fresh fruit, breads, omelette with veggies, good coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to everything.
